HSN Phone Shop App

I really like this because you don't have to sit through the long descriptions, demonstrations and ads for other products. That's why I like it, because you can see how the product works, look at descriptions and see other products that are related or coming up next. One downfall is that by not watching it on live tv, sometimes the quantity of the item has depleted before you can get to the checkout. Oh, and sometimes the checkout is frustrating.

This review is for the app not the products, customer service, returns, cost etc. This app is as good if not better than watching it or pulling it up the website. I do all my shopping on the application without any issues such as crashing. I just wish my 93 yr old grandmother could use a smart phone or even a computer as she has been shopping with HSN & QVC since their beginning. She would be so excited to be able to see all that is on sale or she missed. She can work the remote.

Until last several days was a good app. Now it won't open unless I uninstall and reinstall, but then the next time I try to use it I get the same message that it can't be opened. Shouldn't have to uninstall and reinstall everytime I want to use HSN's app. My friend has the same problem. I've been using this app for years with no issues. They need to fix this bug or they are probably going to see a dip in sales...

HSN app itself: installed it today, uninstalled it twice; as when doing a search or browsing, all the items are blown up on my phone so largely. My eyesight is decent until looking at the results, I need to hold my device 10 feet away so the words are not zoomed in my face. All my other apps are fine, my device settings are fine, I cleared the cache, it's the HSN app. Won't reinstall until it's fixed. Great for someone with poor eyesight that needs zoomed in 200%, I don't. Can't zoom it out.

I 've only ordered once at this point , I did we qualify for a HSN credit card. Surprisingly, I wasn't expecting that, but it's a good way to help me rebuild my credit by ordering something small, (inexpensive) and paying it back right. I ordered a Bissell handheld cordless carpet stain removal item. I haven't used it yet, but Bissell is a good brand, so I'm looking forward to using it to see how it does. Otherwise, I'm happy at this point, and I wasn't planning on it, it was a fluke!

I love HSN but this app is extremely frustrating! It takes forever to load (when it actually does) and more often than not I will get an error message. I like to shop from the convenience of my phone but this app doesn't make it possible!!! Please address these issues HSN. I have the app for QVC and have zero issues so it's not my device.

I HATE having to sign in every single time I want to view my orders. And they dont do fingerprint or other sign in either, so it's especially frustrating. The app is generally clunky and not very user-friendly. All the same goes for the desktop website too, but that's not the focus of this post. Apps should be simpler to use, this one is not.

I have been shopping with HSN for years!! I have always paid everything on time or in one payment.. I am not able to DO ANYTHING on this app now! If I try to log in?? It reads,"ACCESS DENIED" for everything that I try. I have spoken with Customer Service and I have been told that there are NO HOLDS or other problems with my account?? But I still can't log into anything.. I have uninstalled this app and added it again.. BUT IT JUST DOESN'T WORK! I GIVE UP!

Got a push notification for a hoodie/t-shirt combo. Thought "Sweet, let me check this out." Picked my team and then realized I had no clue what it looked like because they don't show you that on the app. Like, if you wanna order something, you can see it before you click on it, but after choosing color, size or any other personalized options, you have no photo of it before you purchase it. That seems rather foolish of you to expect me to order a hoodie I have never seen.

Very disappointed in this app. Installed & uninstalled several times. Today attempted to place order, & add time sensitive items to cart, It added Nothing! I attempted to sign in 8 different times, It would Not. I even changed my password. The ordeal was extremely frustrating & I now fear I may have lost All items I wished to order as they may no longer be available. It's not my phone, as it's a new Samsung S9+.. This HSN app needs a ton of work! Huge waste of my time!

Terrible app. Was told i could get $10 off if i downloaded the app for my first purchase. Applied coupon, everything looked great and then it said my card wouldn't work. So i did it again and then the coupon would no longer work as if i had already used it. My wife had the exact same problem with the app on her phone. What a scam. Will not try to purchase anything from here again.

Terrible. Looks all bunched up. Links don't work. When you finally get to an item, it's the webpage for a computer screen not a phone or tablet. Cannot watch the programming. Use the QVC app, developers! You are the same company. I wonder why theirs is great, and this one is so awful.

Went to purchase an item which was $19.99 free shipping. Selected 5 easy pay. First payment only $4. Choose PayPal, shows price over $36! So I exit and select to add another payment method, a debit card. Message then comes up, cannot add this payment method and doesn't even state why. Complete hassle and nothing but trouble. An online retailer that doesn't know how to create ease of ordering. I will stay with QVC but I heard they were the same. If so strange that ordering from QVC is hassle free

Place an order using the app. Confirmed the amount, placed the order. No confirmation. Waited a few minutes, called. 12 minutes on the phone, customer be service has no record of it. Card was not charged so placed the order with another version we were not very thrilled with, bit was the only option available. Reminded me why we do t use HSN that often.

This app gives me trouble all the time. It doesnt update billing addresses during checkoit properly and i always end up with a locked account and then on the phone with a representative that never knows what im talking about. Very frustrating shopping. I dont shop here often anymore. Smh.

The HSN app does not work well with tablets. Here I have the latest brand new Samsung Galaxy Tab S7 that I just got. You go & open the HSN app the blue screen with the HSN logo shows up then after that all I get is a white square in the upper left of the screen & the rest of the screen is just grey. Then you go to the top right where the menu is, that works & it does take you to products, you click on a item to see & everything shows up on the site but the picture item it self.

A time waster! Was going to make an additional purchase but could not because of a time wasting 25 minute loop while trying to make a flex payment. Deleted app. If it does not work well - buggy, unintuitive, & wastes time there is NO reason to keep it installed.

Terrible Service Tried to purchase tablets, promo code was applied, when I finalized order an intentional glitch remove discount. Called to fix it, agent claimed they did & will receive receipt in 2 hours. Receipt did not show, 24 hours later HSN cancelled order, was charged full price, money is pending for refund. 48 hours later I received receipt for discount price, they cancelled order again & claimed PayPal fault. I always use PayPal & never an issue. Now I have 2 refunds pending.

Ordered a tv on flexpay then was canceled an hour later for unknown reasons and also had two friends who did the same and were also canceled for no reason.. I'm not sure if it matters but all of us are around 800 credit scores and it wasn't due to a credit or ability to pay for it.. what a waste of time..

i tried to update my 2star system issues to a 4 star for quick resolution. i cant give u a 5, because when looking at favorites and then hitting the back button takes u to the very beginning. But thats the only issue. otherwise very easy to navigate

I got the app, because they offer easy pay. Until I realized they (HSN, QVC), offer a 3-5 month payment option, except they really don't want people like me. They want a great credit report. OK, that's their right, but, if I had great credit I'd just use my great credit card... right? Also, their clothes are dated, old looking with polyester type fabrics. I watched years ago, and the same designers are there, with the same old look....my suggestion...MOVE ON

Horrible app! And company. QVC too... They are they same. BS products, guess they get irregular products and mark up. Even on old products. S&H is iffy. Returns even worst! Made a purchase for 4 flex and it charged me for 3. No problem. But sneaky! And i have to wait a week to receive. And hope it works!

This app hasn't worked since 2/1/19. I sign in with my email address and password, go to check order status and it takes me back to the sign-in page over and over again. I have no access to anything in my account through this app. Please fix this issue! #fixit

The app works great and HSN as a company is second-to-none in customer service and offering good deals. I've literally never had a bad interaction with them. I 100% recommend to everyone that you need to get HSN a chance if you haven't already.

Hsn is great what can I say. It's basic knowledge that it's a bit higher price but I've received alot of things from them in the past year. I have not yet incorred a problem with them. I've never got a damaged item. I been satisfied 100% of the time. They do exactly what they say their going to.

WHY NO IPAD VS OF APP? Millions now use tablets to watch videos, not TVs. It's less of a hassle to reach for my iPad than my PC when I want to shop & visually; it's way better than my phone. Since HSN is video based, an iPad App seems basic. That's millions of potential customers lost.

No photos or videos! Have uninstalled and reinstalled. I ended up going to my computer to see what the today's special is. Sadly it happens when you try to see details on everything.

Absolutely not user friendly. Terrible lay out and no info available to pay on your account. If you talk to someone to pay there is a ten dollar fee. Seems to be a site to gather your info to be resold to outside companies. Flush this app down the old sewer pipes.
