HSSE UAUC
To reduce the numbers of occupational hazards that might lead to serious injuries and to create a positive HSE culture, PETRONAS Group HSSE has introduced HSSE UAUC Mobile Application. Everyday workers are exposed to occupational hazards while carrying out their work. The safety of an organization is the responsibility of not just an individual, but it involves all parties in an organization. Through HSSE UAUC Mobile Application, it promotes the We Care culture where everyone contributes to the safety of their workplace.
HSSE UAUC Mobile Application also will be one of the inputs to analytic where the data gathered can be used in planning and executing the preventive actions that required to ensure the safety at the workplace.
HSSE UAUC Mobile Application provides an on the go tool to capture health and safety data to ensure compliance and to improve on-site safety. It is an extension for capturing the data apart from existing Upstream HSE Online system.
Through this mobile application, users are offered with the following features:
Submit their Unsafe Act, Unsafe Condition and Safe Observation report.
Get notified on the status of the submitted report.
Amend report that has been reverted by the endorser.

Was ok before the latest update. After latest update, could no get into the app. Could not found PETRONAS as the domain with error message "Retry to load domain". Despite several attempts (uninstall and reinstall, cleared cache, restart phone), problem still persists. Has emailed ICT for help.
Everytime I tried to choose my OPU, the apps crashed and exit on its own. I have email to the dev team but they never cared to respond to me. Disappointed with the interface.
good move from website to apps. but, still need improvement especially on endorsement. Has been asked to select an option at STEP 3 (GOOD OBSERVATION) but displayed nothing. please improve on this
user interface was all good ...until at step 3 out of 4 ..page was blank..could not select anything...and could not proceed to step 4 without completing step 3...so could not complete or submit the uauc... sslected under contractor domain ...and for baronia field..sko
After update cannot log in the apps.. After uninstall and install again still cannot log in using the apps. Already email ict services for this matter.
Endorser page was found blank, apps not stable and not consistant. Need improvement.
suggest to change the name to include petronas at the front app name..so the app can easier to find in apps list in the phone

nothing appears when the layout of 'safe observation' appears. please fix.

Not all opu is listed.. Only upstream and klccuh is available for choosing

This is an easy and usefull app for reporting UAUC on the go,only issue on its camera and library folder which i cannot snap a picture or upload image from library folder..issue with android 10 device.hope ICT team manage to resolve this bug and fix it ASAP. Thanks.
