HTC Account—Services Sign-in

I am unable to use any of my apps developed by HTC. Also I have lost access to other apps bcs the problems I got with my HTC U11 Life phone. I went to get a replacement due my other HTC U11 Life was shutting down by itself. None of my information was transferred and when I tried to transfer it, HTC transfer tool tells that I can only be signed to one HTC transfer at one time when the other phone had a factory reset done to it. I need my scribble notes back not just the app back without them. thx

Used to be great. Now can't connect to htc servers. This means you can't access themes, wallpapers, fonts etc. The kind of things that made owning an htc device a great and unique experience.

Wont load into my account and let me change my themes, this is the second time it as happened. I've had to download one which results in things popping up on my main screen. Slows my phone way down especially if it is on low battery.

Wouldn't have given 1star, if there was an option to give minus 1star! Totally fed up with trying to sign in to HTC account. Something very wrong with HTC in all departments. I loved my HTC phone but, sadly I an getting an iPhone. My niece has been trying to persuade me for ages but, I am so fed up with HTC that I agree with her. Was told by HTC help that any HTC account had been deprecated by now. This means that if my phone has to be reset for any reason, I will not have the ability to personalize it. Themes requires an HTC account login. Also told, they are getting rid of all associated services. Have used and loved HTC brand phones for over 10yrs. It seems they are not going to be making them with my provider or any provider anymore. Guess I will have to try LG for my next phone.

I don't have an account with you. I I am off line... I DO LOVE THE PHONE THOUGH... I hope that can get this one fixed... I am having issues with the micro USB port. And I don't think it's actually worth anything to fix. So if it costs to much then it's all over but the crying..

Every dynasty falls...htc® has sold stock to apple just to stay afloat. Don't forget ...1st to make a smartphone and 1st to care about sound quality in music,they changed the game!! Network Error message display on screen. All HTC Theme not available. Please do an improvement. Please avail all theme and all functions in working condition. Thanks a lot in advance.

What can i do for my HTC desire 12+ which doesn't show service for the network so that the phone can work again and put up not working bars cause i can't receive calls, mobilenetwork back.

OK so this is the third time this has signed me out and won't let me sign back in. I can't use my phone number either. I don't receive an email for a password reset same with my phone number so plz tell me how to fix this I was having a good day until this happened. PS I can't use my Google account when I should be able to. Also I don't have any other emails\phone numbers to use.

I once had HTC U-Ultra but suddenly it stops working. I just used it for how many months. Tsk! Boooooo HTC!!! And also the camera, it's good but if you look into the image size, it's like you shoot a video for 18mins!

I've removed most HTC updates and force stopped most HTC content from my HTC handset because something is causing my phone not to unlock with fingerprint. And causes Bluetooth problems. If anybody else is experienced the same try it.

Utter garbage! Don't work can't change themes without it, sign up give details just so they can sell your data. Last time I even contemplate getting a HTC, worst phone I ever owned. HTC desire 650 out performed by a Samsung galaxy fame that cost half the price.

HTC becoming OBSOLETE... that's if they're not already obsolete in the shops. Anything to do with HTC (Apps etc) are NOT getting updated any more. If for some reason they are still selling HTC phones, take it back asap whilst you can. Get a Samsung,, that's my next choice of phone for sure.

Do not buy an HTC. What used to be a good phone is now a terrible customer experience. I've had issues with my HTC10 phone since Feb and even though it's under warranty my phone is still not working and even the complaints manager fails to get back to me. I will never again buy an HTC.

I love HTC, I've using HTC for years (HTC Sensation XE, HTC One , HTC M8, HTC M9+ , and currently HTC 10) but for god sake fix the sign in issue, this has been the millionth time I had to reset my HTC 10 due to sync issues... never again will I use an HTC... EVER! YOU LOST A LOYAL CUSTOMER. switching to Asus ROG phone thank you.

Keeps saying unable to sign in after trying more than a dozen times....all I want is to change my themes again Happened again where it doesn't work. Fix it please and make sure it doesn't happen so often

Please help My fingerprint sensor on htc 10 doesn't work It seem beauce of software problem. I can't reset it and it says fingerprint setup was cancelled. Is there any update or setup for fix it?

I keep getting a "We're unable to connect to HTC servers..." pop-up when I try to log-in, so I can't use the Themes app currently. I'm not sure what signed me out.

Have a HTC U11 and the screen goes haywire sometimes. Starts typing by itself and doesn't stop till I press the power button. There has to be some fix available out there! HTC please do something!!

Alhamdulillah, everything looks great and have a positive influence for this Android phone for 7 years in life. Camera also have something different from other brand. Hopefully soon or later it will be recover and have a new look in the future. ;)

It will not let me uninstall it. I will never use it and it is taking up space and ram. So much for Android being more customizable.

Still only on android 6.0. Update your software. Also, your software is preventing me from accessing the EngineeringMode.apk, so my network is only ever on 2g. Never buying another HTC product again.

The camera makes a static noise and it causes the picture to be blurry. This is HTC M8. Please come out with a fix for this.
