your latest update of July 22ND 2019 is not showing battery status also not Showing weather. but only shows time . there is one another problem that the home screen is not returning when opening dot view flip cover. so much fault in this update .needed a full restart every time I open the flip cover. I uninstalled your update and now working fine. I am very concerned about quality of HTC . I bought your phone you got your money is that all??..no reply till date at least a formal acknowledgement.
I don't see the point, it's a constant drain on my battery and it can't be uninstalled as it's oem: I know that it's used for displaying the clock through a case I don't/never have owned, what else it's for, I have no idea, but it's always on.
The app and the idea of the DotView is great BUT after this update, it just stops working and crashes all the time on my M9+ Please fix that HTC, thanks!
Worst experience forever i had with this application. I don't have words to explain my emotions. Not even a single minute passed whenever i use this phone and this app irritated me for past two months and i was confused what the hell is this coming.
New update also is not workibg well.phone stops working.the way it seems we have to change the phone and stop buying HTC!!!!

I WISB YOU WOULD LEAVE ME ALONE. I DON'T USE THIS PHONE FOR ANYTHING EXCEPT TO PLAY GAMES OVER WIFI. I WISH YOU WOULD GIVE US OPTIONS TO DISABLE IT OR UNINSTALL IT. IT'S WORTHLESS TO ME.
What happen on your new update ??? Come on htc i have to uninstall new update n used original version m9plus back to get used to dot view case back .. fix it !! I ve been love htc b4 .. pls make me love it back !!!!
totally useless, spend my time once a day uninstalling thus rubbish when will developers get the message ... SCRAP the junk

dear developers, I'm using your phones from 2012, I'll buy my first second hand used HTC but after 2 year it's working very well than i decided to enjoy your desire series I'll buy my 2nd phone 826, 3rd 626, 4th 628 and now im using desire 10 pro, but one thing i protect my each mobile with dot view case, but now I'm getting trouble to use with desire 10 pro, maybe it's duplicate copy, it's not local markets problrm! that is the point, coz you guys not focus on manufacturing dot view case
