This app has not been helpful in terms of restoring my phone contacts inspite of backing it up. I mean up until now some very important contacts. I hope the designers of this app are able to make some necessary adjustments to bring about improved customer service. Thanks.
When I used this app it worked with all my phones I only had Htc but now I have to leave because there phone is no longer working great anymore in the USA the HTC u 11 was good but I feels like the company has went on break
William, Christian, Michael, and Menlo should be fired as soon as possible HTC call Center. I have numerous and these employees have failed to provide me with assistance. The calls became extremely irated. It became unbearable, They took my Images from my gallery. Totally deleted from someone from HTC.
Pathetic HTC decided to abandon the backup function of this app. I'm never buying HTC phones again! Why is the app still here? Delete it. If you're reading this, buy other phones. Forget HTC. They don't care!
Vibration on in international segments. 24 hours per day, I have turned off every way I know BUT it is still on. ..............

Just spent an hour trying to reset password. Nothing works : emails with link not arriving, phone number not recognised even though it was registered on the account years ago. The app keeps asking me to check the number over and over again. No contact details in the app to ask for support. I've got something like 4 years of stuff stored on my previous phone. The restoring always worked on my old phone. New phone arrived and nothing works. Somebody help me!!!!
HTC phone is the worst phone ever I have seen it gets heated very fast battery drains very fast and there are no more HTC service centre 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎
Disaster.On my HTC Desire 10 Lifestyle is an impossible backup and restoration data. Losing contact with Google Drive and connecting to the Dopbox service. Troubleshooting support has long been nothing. Just asking what this program is for? Awesome, they don't deserve a single star but when I had no choice. I don't recommend it to anyone.
