Huawei Body Fat Scale

I am satisfied with the scale and app, however I would like to be able to export the entire (or some) data to Excel or an open spreadsheet program such as Apache OpenOffice Calc directly to my phone. Also, I am very concerned about the safety of others and myself because of the additional electromagnetic field that the scale emits. I think that a good solution for it would be to activate the field only by pressing lightly on the scale with one foot so as to sync the data and then shut it off auto

Major Connectivity Problems. It worked fine for a few months, and then it stopped seeing the scale (AH100). It is not a device issue, I can see the scale through Bluetooth connections on my (Android 10) phone. This app can't. I have found maaaaany complaints online about this, but not one answer that worked. Other than that, it would be nice next to each measurement to also include a graph of average values, so we can see if a number is close to 'normal' or needs work.

It should be more user friendly. For example, when you're increasing your weight, it should have "+" simbol or "-" for decreased or different colors. Also, there is no average data preview in history, trends or estimated time to hit the goal based on data. You have to calculate everything in history. Overall, it has some data visualisation but you can do much more with all of that. Not satisfied.

I changed my phone and there's no way to recover my previous data, I lost everything, also I have to create every profile again. The app could be complemented with a nutritional plan, an exercise guidance according to my body composition or better explanation about the goals or average, I know the percentages but I cannot say how unhealthy or healthy it could be. However, Not everything is bad: It combines good with the decoration in my bathroom...

A cool device. Software without an idea. Plus for the interface. A big minus for the lack of exports. I bought a weight because of the Huawei brand. I hoped it would be a refined product. There is no option to extract measurement data as xls or open standard. A cool device, software without an idea. Minis no language can be changed from the application. Huawei's shame. I am waiting for an update. I trust.

the software features are good, but far from been enough, i am given 1 star because of this reasons - there is no way to migrate the data when you change your device(phone, tablet ...) - offline measurements awaiting confirmation, there is no way to delete or change this, if you ever step on the scale without synchronizing first, you would get this never ending message - the body scale, only can connect with this software

Doesn't work. I tried reinstalling the app, checking the permissions, checking my Bluetooth settings, manually trying to pair my scale and nothing works. On a side note, it doesn't even pair normally with my device so this could be a hardware issue. A little disappointed actually as I expected Xiaomi products to be higher quality than this. The scale is still nice though just that the app doesn't work.

IF the app actually worked, I would have suggested to add the recommended measures where it explains what each measure is about. BUT that would require that the app does the basic and what is meant for:synch with the scale! I don't get it, the "Health" Huawei app works fine with the scale, but the app that is ONLY for the scale does not work? Don't bother replying with troubleshooting, I already tried all. Makes the whole scale experience very disappointing, I wish I had chosen another brand.

I just bought this like a few days ago and today it stops pairing. After several times of re-installing it still did not work. Tried on my other phones still can't work. I think you have to rectify these problems or people are being scammed for buying the weighing scale. If its just a basic scale people can get it at an even a cheaper price. Please do something abt it.

I used this app for 6 months on my old Samsung A10 and everything worked fine. Now that I have finally upgraded my phone to the s20 the app doesn't find the device no matter how long or often I stand on it. In the end good hardware doesn't work if its software is not up to standard. What a disappointment

The body fat scale suddenly won't pair with my phone anymore. I tried reinstalling the app, as well as resetting the bluetooth settings on my phone. It does not work. I have Huawei P20, and got the scale for free with my phone. It worked at first, but now it doesn't, no matter what I do.

• Basic App - you cannot link to things like Google Fit or Samsung Health. • Scales repeatedly unpaid with app, requiring you to know I the scales with the phone and restart the whole process. • Two weeks of data suddenly disappeared - no form of data-saving process. • Records all the data that the scales provide, but then makes no observations about them. Is my BMI high? Is my Fat Percentage healthy? Etc • For days, I had a pop up stating that 14 offline measurements had not been uploaded to the app. There was no way to do that, cancel it, or remove it. It required a full reinstallation of the app and, of course, total loss of data, and the need to unpaid the device gets again from the phone.

Seems to provide a completely different body fat reading than when the scale is paired with the my health app. I'll measure it there and get 26%, then when it pairs with this app it reads 38%. Bit confused. App is otherwise ok.

Have been using the app and the scale for about a year. Few weeks ago the app stopped working and i cant pair the scale since. Have reinstalled app many times, changed batteries on the scale, still doesnt work. Please help rectify asap. I enjoyed using it when it was working, good and simple app.

The app cannot pair with the scale anymore, no matter what. After a few months of using it, an update left me without the app, which is useless if it cannot pair. It's very frustrating how so many people have this problem and Huawei doesn't even answer to them, not to mention fixing the problem ASAP and releasing a new update. Or at least give people the option of reversing the bad update.

the scale seems to beok although not sure how accurate and reliable for all readings. the app however ia extremely basic and could be improved in many ways. first of all there is no explanation for the readings or guidance. alsoit woukd be good to be able to export data.

Terrible app -as many others mentioned already, it doesn't connect with the scale no matter what you do! At first I somehow managed to connect it, after 2 hours of efforts, with the help of an IT professional who installed a lot of Huawei apps on my phone to make it work!!! (Btw I have Samsung android). Afterwards, however, it stopped pairing no matter what I did. Thinking of returning the scale as without the App it just shows you the weight (a thing that any 10 dollar scale can do).
