1) .Band is showing the notifications only once. Can't we have a separate folder or item? Like Example of swim or run. 2) . If we get one notification from 1 app like what'sapp then 2nd notification from the what'sapp is display like '' 2 chats from what's app'' Instead of displaying the name of the person who sent the second message. 3)can you please fix this issues. 4)If we get any messages then light in the band is not blinking, we are just getting the Vibrations instead of a long with light. *5)The styles or the looks of the honor band 3 is awesome. If the above bugs are fixes it's pretty good than other band. 6)we are getting any new updates for this app as well.

After updating my phone to Android Pie 9.0, the band does not show the name or number of the person calling, it just shows 'incoming call'. Seems like Android Pie compatibility issues. Also, for multiple whatsapp messages, band doesn't show the content, instead shows something like ' 3 messages from 2 chats' thats it. Fix these bugs fast

Earlier was able to see caller name but now it's only incoming call notification coming without showing the caller name. As people have mentioned , if there is more than one message it gets stacked up and sender name is not visible , it just shows for eg 3 messages from 2 chats, which is really not serving the purpose. The vibration keeps continuing even after receipt of call.

Hi Team, I have an honor band 3 fitness tracker it was working fine with my Mi A1 phone. But after getting Android 9 update, it's started misbehaving with my phone now currently facing below issues. Earlier I was able to see the caller name but now it's only notifying incoming calls without showing the caller name. Really terrible app. Takes several connect / reconnect bluetooth cycles before the app finally shows the correct number of steps in sync with the watch. Upon the first launch, every single time I get the warning "the app "quitted" unexpectedly" Please add it to protected apps". Firstly "quitted" is such old fashioned English. Also, protected apps are a feature of Huawei phones only. This is completely irrelevant to users of other makes of phones. I've contacted Huawei directly about these issues but received no reply.

why did you remove the option to add music and photos to the watch . and really 3 apps to connect to heath app. sleep data is good tho. sport 4g watch is great let down by poor app support .thankfully its wear os too . and actually the battery lasts longer using just the sim rather than connecting to the phone and turning sim off . please add the add music and pictures to the watch back please and a simple music player would be good so i don't have to use Google music app please

I like my Fit 95-e; however, everytime there's an upgrade my watch changes and doesn't connect to bluetooth. This changes the data collection and is highly frustrating. I have contacted Huawei several times. I am still struggling with the connection.

Earlier caller name was displayed, which was one the the main reason why I purchased this device but now just Incoming call, no names Also the vibrate notification has a delay, devices vibrate after 4-5 seconds of receiving call. and keeps on vibrating even after you pick the call. You really need to work on this issues.

This app is fine other than it doesn't actually allow you to access the full functionality of your device. Huawei Heath allows you to do that, but in order to use huawei health you need Huawei mobile services which I cant even download nor would I want it because three seperate apps just to use my huawei band 2 pro is absolutely ridiculous. *Update* the most recent update has made the device almost completely obsolete. I can't even use the alarm anymore. Absolutely ridiculous!!!

I am using Honor Band 3 with Huawei Wear from past one year. In earlier days I liked it. Recently I changed my mobile then after when ever there is call I'm able to get the notification but not the caller ID (name/contact saved in my mobile). Would you be please helpful in upgrading the app or band version. Looking forward to hear from you. Thank :)

The app worked well when my device (Samsung Galaxy S8) had Android Oreo version. But, after updating with Pie, it is not working well. I am facing problem in call notification. I get notification of call but don't see contact number and saved contact name when I receive call. Please solve issue on priority base.

when i bought it 8 monthe before it was great. but when i update it and i connect it with my new one plus 6t it stoped giving alert for incoming calls. i am not been able to get the names of the callers on band. i have tried everything but is hasn't fixed. please fix this bug.

Can't keep my watch connected to my phone .. My watch says it connected on the wear app but on the health app it won't connect and says its down to blue tooth....... Some days i will get the weather and messages but most day nothing... I also don't understand why it doesn't count all my daily steps... Very frustrating. Actually editing my post..... This is the worst watch I have ever had.......... Totally a waste off effort and time trying to connect phone to watch......... So so frustrating

The app is not being carried, no updates to fix bugs. Once you turn on Bluetooth on your device, the app will not connect to your watch automatically as it used before... Now you have to connect manually everytime... really annoying!

love my fir watch but the apps discourage future purchases with this brand. two apps for one device and neither of them are functionable. need one app with all the features. every time it updates or i switch phones i lose data and have to re enter my profile info.

The application is good in general. I want a bigger selection of watch faces. The faces has been the same since i purchased the watch, even though it is updated regularly.

work great for about a week, then wouldn't connect to Bluetooth, can't use any of the features such as alarm, uninstall the app installed the app again, now I can't get it hooked up to the app with the Bluetooth at all

Very difficult to set up. Instructions are unclear. No vibrations on alerts. Useless alarm to wake you up when there's no vibrations. Your watch lighting up is never going to wake you up.

works great in isolation. very comparible to fitbit product /services. while there is an integration option for Google Fit, doesnt seem tobactually work or provide any level of optionality.

Good app, but when you lose Bluetooth connection, it won't re-connect automatic, you have to launch the app again and connect manually, even though the app in set to run in the background.

Used to work earlier. Now rarely connect over Bluetooth. Hence not of much use. Ridiculous updates messed up the working app. Test well before launching bug fixes. Don't fix something cosmetic to break functionality.

Initially was OK until recently noticed that when call comes in, the caller's name appear on the band is always the same despite from different callers.. Tried to uninstall and reinstall it back, still the same problem..

Was working great until January, now can only get heart rate and steps but only on my old phone which is going soon. Apps do not want to talk with my new phone at all. Given up trying after days of loading and uninstalling apps. Tried all setting mentioned in chat but to no avail.
