Recently having connectivity issues and not working on the Google Home voice assistant. I've had Safe for about 8 months now Contacted customer service but they are not very responsive and if they do respond, they are not much help. I don't know if they have changes with customer service. When I first got the Safe, they were good. More recently, customer support is horrible.

App works really well however I find the interface needs a little color. Everything is very white. Add a little more definition to the sections and features and it will be fantastic. Add support for Ring products within the app as well. Overall really good for how long its been around.

I've tried for around 3 weeks to get help resetting the wifi after I had to buy a new router. Support has been less than helpful. I have spent around 4 hours total following the directions in the app with no success at all and no productive comments or suggestions from tech support when I can get them to respond. Product is great when it works. Since I cannot get any help to change my wifi it is essentially useless. Buyer beware.

The app cant change simple settings for instance internet connection from hard line to wifi without having to call. Thermostat reading no option From Celsius to Farenheit. Cant even remove hub from app without having to call. Only works for one partition. If you have a touchscreen keypad hope you know how to change programming fields. I only bought for builtin cell which only worked once when my internet went down. Not impressed. Alexa skill doesn't work. Eyezon from envisalink better.

Originally the app worked great, however the latest update removed the cell strength indicator. Also, now there is an extreme lag on receiving notifications when disarming the system. Arming notifications are received instantly, however the disarm now can lag up to 45 min. What's going on guys? Its a great piece of hardware but the app has taken several steps backwards...

Both the Safe product and the application used to be near perfect in terms if revitalization of your legacy home alarm system, and so it would only deserve my 5 stars review. However two of the primary features of the app like the cellular backup and zone history stopped working a while ago and neither HUB6 customer service nor technical support seemed longer exist. Another great product got vanished due the pandemic crisis. Hence 1 star.

This app works well on my phone, easy enough to set up and get running. However, it needs a new permission to override my phone notification when I have Do Not Disturb on, otherwise alerts are useless without this option.

HUB6 was working great, then in December 2021 the application stopped and the device does not communicate. It looks like HUb6 servers are offline and support line does not even ring.

9-28-2021 Reduced to 1 star. Support no longer answers the phone or email and Hub6 shows not ready and will no longer arm. This happened once before and unplugging fixed. Unplugging does not fix so unit must have died. Also the Cellular backup never worked from day 1.

Like everyone else has stated, they seem to have closed the business with zero warning, and now I have a paperweight. I've only owned the unit for less than half a year, really unprofessional of the company to just close and cancel all services without notice.

Lost ECOBEE in latest update. Hope it's back soon. Online support is quick to reply through email help option. Most other things work well and would recommend. Update. Ecobee is back a nd all is good. Thanks! Great app.

HUB6 app won’t launch starting today, gives error about phone not connected to Internet but my wifi is up and I can access other apps. Anyone knows what’s going on? Did HUB6 go out of business?

Hub6 supports Google Home, I am able to Arm/Disarm using Google Home Routines. If you have compitable DSC or Honeywell security system, you want regret your Hub6 purchase. MISSING: 1. Zone complete history rather than just last 2. Zone open/close notifications 3. Geo-fencing functionality 4. Wedget BUGS: 1. One of my door was open, but was reported as close in zone information. 2. I have multiple user configured but no matter who arms/disarms, it notifies MASTER as user.

Look out!!!! Downloaded, registered, put in email and phone number, and found out is is a gloried alarm system that requires a subscription. At least this is as far as I could tell. I quickly decided to delete account... NO WHERE TO TO THIS! Uninstalled, immediately. Next day received 20 spam calls on my phone. ADVICE: DO NOT GIVE YOUR PHONE NUMBER OUT. It is obvious apps, like this one, sell your info to just about anyone that will buy it.

Down loaded the app,but unable to complete installation as it only accepts addresses within USA and Canada,woud check its compatible with your country before you purchase the hub.

Looks like the company shutdown without a word. Very disrespectful to clients/customers. Looks like products are still being sold in US. So they didn't even tell their vendors. This app is still available, so they didn't tell Google either. Shameful.
