Hub Watch Face

I paid for premium but there are so many weird little unprofessional errors, I cannot recommend doing so for others. First, complications disappear once the watch goes to sleep. After waking it you will be greeted with a blank area whether using large or small complications. Second, choose a solid color for the gauges and it will become a gradient whether you like it or not. Third, seconds are displayed on the AOD which just makes the watch face look frozen. There is no option to turn them off. Fourth, the battery gauge seems to rotate from the side to the bottom on the AOD. Finally, the developer doesn't seem to respond to emails though requests people do so in the description. This could be a solid watch face if these issues were fixed.

Transition to the premium version is a mess. I'd really like to score this higher but after pressing the icon to upgrade to premium and paying the price, there's no apparent way to make the watch face actually be the premium version. I did contact support but it's a weekend. I don't have the patience. This is a very basic function that should be working smoothly at this point. So three stars is all I can do.

Hi there I've been using your hub watch face for a while now originally on a kick watch Pro 3 and it worked great and now I've upgraded to the Galaxy watch 4 and want to use it on that as well but I found a bug with the gauges . If one of the gauges is set to battery for the data it's fine initially but once the watch goes to either sleep or aod mode the filled in part of the gauge moves over to the other side . Kinda it's a reflection. (1/2)

It is nice. I puchased the premium version. One question, at the bottom of the watchface, I chose the Calendar complication to see my next event/appointment. It shows the calendar icon and the event text. How can I get rid of the calendar icon? It eats up space with no benefit.

Really like the face. Would like to have rotating bezel on watch 4 rotate all settings. Also to add more options in gauges like tie in fitness data from Samsung health into it instead of only with complications. Also Samsung health step complication goes to black screen only.

If I could give if no stars, I would. Bought premium. Long complication doesn't work at all. The time, date & weather are the only things that seem to work. Set up other gauges and the next time I wake the watch they've disappeared. Don't waste your money.

As others have stated, going premium works on the phone but the watch never acknowledges you paid for premium and continues to block features. Could be nicer if they just charged up front instead of playing the buggy tease and fail.

I purchased this face because I love the look. The Guages are a nice touch. However, sad to find out that a lot features are not working. Firstly, the date and weather do not update automatically - I need to manually go into the settings and update them for it to display the correct date and temperature. Also, the complications are only displayed when I have the layout set to "small" with 3 complications - when I select the "large" layout, nothing shows up on the watch face.

UPDATE: The latest version is a major improvement, so I've revised my rating from 1 to 3 starts. There's still a problem with complications, though. Now, choosing the small layout shows only the middle complication. The other two are missing. OLD REVIEW: Still broken with new update. Complications don't appear. Slow to respond or nonresponsive to touch and to pressing of the back button. These have been problems for months now. This could be a great watch face if it actually worked.

I installed it and right away had to get the paid version since you really can't do much at all with the free version. I like it, good customizability, lots of info on the screen but not to busy (easy to read) and includes the option to have the notification preview complication (a MUST for me). UPDATE, was 3* - I couldn't get the step count to display on the gauge - Got it to work, had to set the step count for Fit as a complication and then it aloud me to login to Fit with the Hub watch face app on the watch. 4* because its not the best on battery life and how complicated it is to get the steps to display. Would also like to see a few more option in the free version to help decide if its work paying for. Thanks Sooon for the quick reply to my review.

Bought the upgrade once, got an update and had to repurchase the upgrade, not impressed at all... hope this is the last time this happens. Hope someone with the ability to correct this problem sees this and at least pretends to care about resolving the issue with refunding me the $$ I had to spend for a 2nd time.... suspicious I will also have to spend time setting up the watch face again wasting not just my $$ but time as well. Not impressed at all....

Over a day if trying it was really hard to get this face to sync with Google Fit but once it finally did it works and looks great. I wish there was a way to save and sync face settings though as I use this face on two different watches and it takes a bit of effort to customize to one's liking. This face, like other Sooon faces, is very battery efficient but it'd be even nicer if it actually had an on-the-phone companion app to save settings for reinstalls and setups across watches.

Like the watchface a lot and had to buy premium right away after seeing this. I only have some question or suggestions if you may. 1. Is there a way to configure this on the phone instead of doing it on the watch. It will be much easier. 2. Is it possible to remove the gradient background behind everything. I think it will be a cleaner look if we can remove that. I just want it pure black theme. 3. For ambient mode, is it possible to remove the gridlines like your other watchface? Thanks sooon!

Recent update from wear makes this unusable. I have the galaxy watch classic 4 Yada Yada the names ridiculous and now so is this and all of your other apps. None work as of this week. Pls help also all of my faces keep saying to buy premium but there's no way to click on anything to do so also I'm pretty sure I've done it already so this is a scam? Feels scammy

Installed the app on my Watch4 but was not able to make any customizations. When I click "customize," it would bring me to the Play store and the only thing I could do there was install or uninstall.

Ok. How do I personalize this app? Idk if it's the galaxy 4 watch itself or the app? But getting a new face for this galaxy 4 is ridiculous You have to jump thru hoops....dissapointed with this problem on the watch.

I paid for the premium and found some functionality not working. The weather does not update automatically, that's pretty bad. The large complications does not work, I tried to display my calendar or message notifications. Cool looking watch face, will be great if worked properly 😒

Used to be awesome. Now it's got so many bugs on the Samsung Galaxy 4. The display is totally messed up.

A great looking watch face made even more useful using side gauges. Basic features are significantly enhanced in premium version. I use left gauge (and gradient color) for Steps. And I use three complications for Day/Date, Phone Battery, and a link to MyRadar app weather radar. A well-done watch face with a very responsive developer!

Paid for premium and now it doesn't work. I had to reset my watch and the premium features were taken away. When I click on purchase premium features, I get an error code stating I already own it. I set an email to the developer over a week ago and I have not heard anything back. I am on the Samsung Galaxy 4 watch.

Does not work on Galazy Watch 4 Classic...installs but no way to customise, no way to pay for premium - not worth looking at.

It worked great on my ticwatch until today. Every time I try to choose to watch face my watch crashes and it goes to a default face instead. I saw that there was an update for this app so I updated the app and still crashes. Please help Edit: quick response from developer on a fix. Works great now

Update 11/19/21: installed new version, weather updates now, thank you. Now there is an issue with the gauge. Have left gauge set to data=temperature and color=sunset. Temp range is 7/25 C and current temp is 17 C. Gauge shows little green portion at the bottom, it doesn't correspond to the correct value, and there is no green in Sunset gradient

Issue 1 - Display staying on for 3 seconds then Dims for a further second before the Essential mode display. (typically have my watch displays set to remain on for 15 Seconds). Weather - the issue I have is down to the weather providers not yourselves so changed review from 1 star to three. So just the display problem to fix.
