I bought myself a Motorola Boom 3+ mono Bluetooth earphone. The box came with a qr code and some claims that installing this app would allow me to access Google assistant/Alexa. Only thing is that after installing it, it refuses to detect my boom 3+ even though the device is working AND connected to my phone. Manually secting Boom3 (no option for 3+) still won't turn up any result and it still says no device connected. Very disappointing.

I love my new Motorola earbuds and I like this app. But sometimes they take too much time to connect and they are already paired! Also, I hate that the "Spoken Updates" are long and so random, that I always get them in the middle of a song (the song doesn't pause, so I always miss a part of the song) and I feel like there are too many of them! I think it would be better if I got them JUST when I turn the earbuds on and when there's less than like 20% of battery. Can that be fixed, please?

I am having the same problem as another reviewer. I have a Boom3+ and it will not connect to the app. I have have to connect it with the normal Bluetooth pairing on my phone. I was hoping to change some of the settings with this app, but I don't think it will work

I haven't used past versions of this app but i've heard/seen options like "audio pass-through" , "ear detection" and the ability to update the firmware. This version of the app does't have those options and I assumed i can do all of those things when i bought my verve earbuds. Will you add those options back in the next update or do i need to look for an older apk?

Really wanted to use this. User ID and password created on the mobile site are not recognized as valid credentials by the native app. Of course, there is a nagging doubt about whether the 3 attempts I made to type the password were 100% correct given that the view password 'eye' icon to right of the password field is sadly unresponsive. I'll stick with the stock BT connectivity for headset use. Good luck with the app all the same~

Useless app. After registering and setting up Alexa with Amazon it keeps wanting me to install Google Assistant when I double press my function button instead of connecting to Alexa. It offers no added functionality to my earbuds; in fact they work better without the app. After uninstalling it I can now connect directly to Google Assistant.

Totally useless. Nothing more than just an Amazon ad in a beautiful cover. It tells you what you either already know or should already know or can look up in the Bluetooth settings of your phone by yourself (e.g. the remaining level of the battery charge).

What a horrible experience. First it was one ear working and then the other and then it would control the pause/play button on the media was playing over the phone, not the ear buds. If they had not been a gift, i would return them. As it is, i would not wish this on anyone else so just binning them.

It has been a month since I have been using this application. It has worked maybe only once or twice. Rest, it just gives a response Alexa taking too much time. If you try immediately on alexa app itself, you get the response. This connection problem has to be sorted out to make this app useful.

You can't forceclose this app, the permission that it takes is quite too much and also the app isn't supporting the basic function i.e pairing with the Bluetooth headset.😪 (device- iball decible bt01) Btw y can't I force close this app ? it just keeps running in the background and pops up whenever an earphone is connected.

I have had these for a few years and put them on the shelf after a few months because, you can never get both pair to work at once. I recently pulled them out of the drawer, uninstalled then installed and same thing. I can never get them both to work. Please advise!

This app is fantastic working on my iBall Decibel black edition. I can say it's not simple to configure for the person who don't know the Technology much but, if you follow the steps properly again and again you will definitely be able to configure Alexa. you will enjoy using Alexa on your iBall disabled black edition.

Has 2 b a scam! Bc sure wasn't made to connect with headphones like all other bluetooth devices do! Tried 50x's to connect to my vervebuds 300 on my galaxy s10 thru app- still not connected. Yet I go to Bluetooth menu in app, it directs me to the phones Bluetooth settings, where "vervebuds 300" is waiting to be connected. Shouldn't b this complicated!

This was not easy. Eventually my verve 400 paired with my phone after two hours . (Keep trying ) Then one earbud would not work and took ages to sort out. Once up and running was fine. Ap is fine once everything is connected. Don't expect an easy ride.

whenever I open this app, in order to connect my iBall breatheM Bluetooth headset and enable Amazon Alexa, welcome screen appears and it says login or sign up, I choose signup and enter all the details, and tap submit. it says register in progress, and after second or two, message disappears and nothing happens. I don't know what to do!!😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

After doing everything, it is not connecting to Alexa. It is showing Alexa is not redponsive. But both the applications are showing mutual linked and I am logged in to both the application .I am using motorola pace 100.

I have the Verve Buds 800, I cannot customize my EQ for some reason, yet I'm able to choose the Artist Ones. I wanted to Test what the Buds would be like, at the peaks of the EQ. I'm using a Galaxy S10 Plus, so the phone shouldn't be the issue. Any developer assistance, would be wonderful.

App does not allow to signup. Says signup failed but do not say why. Tried too many times at different intervals. Why do you collaborate with brands like alexa and i ball if you are not able to provide smooth service. Nobody asked you to do it. If you want to do it then do it properly. Don't make us do this hardship. We do not pay for this.

loving it!!! however my RT ear bud fell out in tall grass and cannot be located. how can I use the left ear bud until I can purchase a RT ear bud if possible or a whole new earphone system. I'm very disappointed, especially since I was charged$100 for a device that costs$ 58. but that's not the main problem. i just need a working device until I get my new ear bud top replace the rt missing bud. please help. I've always been A HUGE fan of MOTOROLA.!!!

I use Motorola Escape ANC 800 headphones, all appears OK with the app communicating with the headphones, time will tell, if all goes OK over the next few weeks, I will give it another star.

I have Motorola phone so I preferred verve Buds 100. The buds are not recognised by phone set. I installed multiple times Hubble and tried no use. They are lieing around no use. Can I be helped in making it useful and be utilised. So I can also enjoy music with passion.
