Honestly. I tried everything Motorola has suggested to other 1 star reviews but this app is absolutely horrible. Ive been in touch with their customer service multiple times but it never fixes the issues. The app constantly freezes. The white noise will stay on for about 20 seconds before stopping every time. And so much more. Read the other reviews before wasting your money. I'd love to change my review but Motorola needs to stop blaming their customers routers etc and just fix the bugs.

Received the camera as a baby shower gift, last 2 months it's constantly losing connection to WiFi. Not only that, it's got issues with other things like notifications and the temperature which now constantly shows at 48°C. It's -8 outside and our temperature gauge shows 22°C in the same room. Unplugging, resetting - anything we do does not fix this. Support only insists we turn it off and on. We are now sitting with no camera working because it has issues connecting constantly. Unacceptable.

Haven't been able to use the app for around a week now. Just keeps saying connecting and then connection error. It is NOT the internet. We have had this problem for several months now. Only able to use the app for a day...two if we are lucky and then cannot connect for multiple days in a row. Waste of money and a complete scam and false advertising from the company!

Update- I figured it out, it was the device I was using. Lol 🤦 Sorry for the bother but thank you for getting back to me. Hope you had great Holiday. Need Help- Ever since server outage a few days ago my cameras will not work. I've reset them and tried to re-pair several times. Keeps saying error 4-5. I have never had an issue, used your service for years w subscription but will have to cancel n go elsewhere if this can't be fixed. I'm stuck. Already went the email support route to no avail.

The last few months have been terrible. It wont open up in the app and keeps saying its a connection error when it worked fine for months prior. I havent moved my router or anythong else so its not a connection error its something with the app itsself. Constantly says there is movement when there isnt even anything moving nor is my child in the room. Very irritated. Whats your plan on fixing this? It looks like im not the only one having these issues. And when will this be fixed?

Cannot connect to the camera to see an image. I see it's connected, I can change settings of the camera in the app, but does not connect the camera so I can see it in the app. It's been a week so idk what else to do. I've tried several troubleshooting techniques and nothing. Unplug, reconnect, etc.

Very good app, pretty much making the handset that comes. With it almost redundant. Good quality sound and picture and the night vision is excellent! The only reason I give 4 stars and not 5 is the app has lost its connection with the camera a few times. When this happens for some reason it then won't reconnect to it, but after a while the connection then reappears.

Love this setup. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was due to minor issues with the phone aspect. Sometimes the app doesn't connect to the camera or half the frame is blurred. You have to change the pixels or restart the app to fix it. Also, when you minimize the camera to open another app, the app automatically disconnects and displays an error.

The recent upgrade has been a major improvement to the quality of connection and functionality of the app. We have two cameras that were bought 2 years apart. The older one doesnt connect very easily and there are issues with the power cord. The newer unit works well and we have no issues. Nice to have both cameras on one hand held unit as well!

The recent decline in quality is drastic I was constantly having issues with my camera not picking up movement and that was somewhat fixed. My smart zone stopped working and hasnt worked since than. Most recently my camera wont turn on. The camera lights won't turn on at all. One day last week it was saying "please ensure camera connected to power or internet" which it was! And I get no response. It hasn't turned on since. Will not be renewing my subscription. In search of a better camera!

Seriously it's terrible. I'm completely connected and yet still have problems connecting to my camera! When it finally does connect, it's out 2 seconds later "getting the stream" and for way too long! Been trying to look now for 20 minutes. You'd think after a year and a half, we'd stop having "connection problems". Off to find a better server.

Do NOT waste your money. Absolute garbage. First it is far from user friendly to get set up and then it doesn't even stay set up it constantly is disconnecting. It does not work, well it will work for less than 5mins but disconnect and go offline. It's more frustrating then anything. It's disconnected more than actually working and the app is incredibly glitchy. Do not buy. Find something else.

Spotty service. Luckily there is a handheld device to view from, but the app rarely works. It's a treat if it does, but really needs some work! Always says connecting...even after refreshing screen, restarting the app, restarting my phone, re-installing the app, sooooo frustrating!! The app works better and is clearer than the handheld but it doesn't work enough to be reliable.
