Hubble for Pets

This app freezes on a regular basis. It does not register ownership properly so technical support is a problem. The main functions do not work. I will have to return the tracker because it's unusable.

I've just changed my phone and can't register my trackers on the new phone with the app. Contacted support but they just gave me the registration instructions again and then have gone silent. I now have three useless trackers. Further update after months of waiting for the reply once the issue had been 'escalated'; I have heard nothing from the IT department, so I have requested a refund. There appears to be no functional support from Motorola.

Crashes lots. Even creating an account is troublesome. Those struggling with account creation (even though it says username/email don't enter an email in the first box - just bad UI) ... Will see how it goes before binning it.

Terrible. Installed app on my Galaxy s8. App crashes as soon as I open it. I see the options to sign in or create a new account, then app crashes. Every time. Reinstalled the app. No luck. As I can't even create an account, I would say this is 100% useless

Wouldn't even let me sign in. Did so on another device instead and the app is useless. 24 hours in and have been unable to ping the device once. Support non-existent. Avoid.

Having problems getting the app too communicate with the device. It registered a while back but then stopped communicating. It sees the device via Bluetooth but on registration fails. Assume it's a Gprs issue. Please can u contact to resolve

App crashes and device doesn't connect to app

Constantly crashes. Won't even connect to my tracker. Can't believe this product is £99 !!! Biggest rip off ever. The app is horrendous.

AVOID, AVOID, AVOID! Where do I even start? I read all the terrible reviews and, being IT professional myself, I thought there is no way we cannot get it work together with app developers. The problem is, they probably don't exist! Don't bother writing to Oliver, all you get back is template email reply, referring to app settings that don't exist. Returning the Motorola tracker today, which is a shame as it is well designed and the tracker itself seems to work. Just not with this truly terrible app.

I've had this for two weeks... App crashes, my device won't even connect. Absolute rubbish. Very disappointed

This app is terrible..Doesnt work and no support what's so ever from their tech team.. After owning this product for the best part of three months it still doesn't work. These cowboys have clearly got mega issues with this product.. there customer support team make great claims that this app will be working in the not so distant future well I've heard this now for 3 months and it's still not working at all... poor product with poor customer support and all for £100.😡

App crashes as soon as it starts on the galaxy s7. What's the point in spending £99 on a tracker if you can't use it.

Absolute rubbish. Will not work. Despite living in SE London with excellent signal. Will be returning Scout 2500 Pet Tracker.
