no so good, the video have to be downloaded before playing not recommended if your device have limited space as it does not support playing video directly unlike others cloud storage.
doesn't remember your passwords and settings and brings you back to the initial accept/decline screen each time you press "back" button. What can be stupider than that?
Why spend time to install? After install they ask you to open an account online and online you discover they do not accept new account! Very disappointed. Total waste of time. Unreliable.
don't even bother not worth the time of day. had the 10TB account and not been able to log in for nearly a year
Great Service. I am not sure where the reviewer who said it was gone got his information. They are only supporting legacy accounts which is well documented on their website.
Confuse when use, no many options and more better to use the web or in PC

I so wanted this to work but it's absolutely rubbish - typical of French IT designed by committee. Got a server error while setting up the account then several I/O errors when trying to upload documents, and the mobile interface for uploading selective photos is atrocious. A real shame.
Doesn't work at all. There is no way to upload or download files. The app is completely useless.
This service is down! Hubic used to be a wonderful service. But since 2018 ovh ignored this service concentrating on other things. They did have the desency to tell their customers to immigrate their file.
OVH should be more serious about this app.
Inferior to almost any other well known cloud options.

I am able to delete files but not folders from mobile. The thumbnail of photos is very slow compared to dropbox & one drive, it is cheaper than the other two. No option for search on mobile, when viewing photos, they are small, when i try to zoom, it does not byt it asks to download. I have the 10TB account but disappointed. No where to get support, no updates.
My prime computer is a macbook pro. I just installed this app on Nexus 7 and haven't used it yet. This review is for the service. In OS X, I copied a folder of many files to Hubic and found the upload speed during sync was only 30kBps or so. Nasty slow. Then after an OS X restart Hubic would not resume sync. The basic service is so flawed, regardless of the quality of this app.
It doesn't matter if the app is good or bad, the service is generally horrible. I've been flooded by emails about my missed payment, but everything is in french. I continue receiving them even after the payment and now they shut even my account. The only option for contact is if you know french. So, why they sell something in different country, than France, when they don't have adequate customer support in english, at least!?
Hubic is an awesome service, easy to use, lots of space, and the price is amazing. I would love to give the Android app a 5, but I had problems that wouldn't let me completely set up the app. First, the password field did not respect my talkback settings to speak the letters, so the letters were spoken as "dot". I was able to get my wife to enter the password though, so I managed to get past that issue. But instead of signing in, it gave a "token error" and would not continue. My wife says the keyboard for passwords was half missing, and she had to guess where some of the letters were. I am hoping these issues get reoslved soon, and as soon as I can actually get this installed and working I will change my rating from 4 to 5.
Simply, the app doesn't work. I can't sign into it. I can sign in with a web browser, but not with this app. I thought the 25 gigs of free cloud storage was too good to be true, and it turns out it was. When Microsoft limited their free cloud storage to 5 gigs, I looked for other alternatives and I found Hubic, a French company. The only other offering, other than Google of course, was a Russian company.. Frankly I didn't trust the Russian company. I had high hopes for Hubic, so far they have disappointed me.
If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is This is how I would sum up Hubic's offer of 10TB for 60 Euro/year. I'm cancelling my account because this system is UNUSABLE. It's all very well saying that you have 10TB, but if your upload speed is in the Kb/s or low Mb/s, how are you supposed to make any use of it. The app may be OK if you have 100 photos to share, but if you want to back up all your documents and photos, forget it, it is utterly incapable of dealing with large amounts of data. Given their performance on speed, I can't even begin to trust them as a data backup. What if I need to get my files back quickly? My line runs 80mbps DL and 17mbps up for this very reason. Who knew this service would be so useless. GOOD BYE HUBIC!
Very bad bad bad customer service. I contacted them 3 years ago, never had any response. I contacted them twice 6 months ago, never any response. I received 6 tickets telling me my answer is going to be answered, never happened. I already paid them via ebanking, and they still want me to pay registering a credit card, sending me 20 emails. Impossible to contact them.
