HubMobile

Designed to interact with FMS installations, HubMobile allows drivers to communicate with, receive work from, and constantly update despatchers on their progress.
HubMobile is a handheld solution for Android devices that allows drivers to:-Send and receive messages through FMS-Accept work sent by despatchers-Keep despatchers up to date with the driver's location and progress-Keep track of a delivery's progress-Scan barcodes-Receive recipient signaturesand more.

HubMobile has been tested on the following devices:-Nexus 4-Nexus 5-Nexus 7-Samsung Galaxy S3-Samsung Galaxy S5-LG G3 D855-Huawei Honor 4X

HubMobile will work with other devices, as long as they are using a supported version of Android. However, only the above devices have been tested, due to the cost of purchasing multiple test devices. So for best results, consider using one of the above devices.

HubMobile has also been tested on TC55 & MC67 PDA units, and provides hardware-based scanning for many Motorola PDA units. These units are listed here: https://developer.motorolasolutions.com/docs/DOC-2167#devices-supported

*Note: This software is only useful for drivers working for a courier company utilizing Hub Systems' FMS software. Without a working FMS installation, this application has no purpose.

It does it's job, got a few annoyances but I get the distinct impression they designed it that way on purpose ie keeps giving alert tone until you accept the job/read the message... Biometric login was always a bit shaky but since the latest update it doesn't work at all for some reason

Not reliable constantly loose jobs off the screen then they reappear then disappear again even after reload still has the same issue you can have the most updated version and it still constantly happens scroll all the way to the bottom of active work list scroll back to the top and jobs appear exit the screen and they will disappear again

The app is fine for the most part. Necessary for work. Just needs to WITHHOLD NOTIFICATIONS WHEN MAKING PHONECALLS! Nothing worse than ringing a client only to have the app dinging in your ear with new jobs or messages! A daily event, extremely frustrating.

Spam notifications while driving being extremely dangerous because distracting. Don't need a notification every 2 seconds, it's unnecessary and potential dangerous.

Should still have ability to clear screen without having to accept job.. because the app will just continue to go off until you accept.. and then you need to talk to work about the delay to not accept the job.. example. While driving. It is not safe.. it should have an option to press unavailable to jobs too..not just accept and continue to alarm the employer! Work place safety is everyone's responsibility and the worker should also have a say to accept.

For some reason since updating to Android 12 now the app won't open waze app it opens in browser every time rather annoying as I use to use this function to save on time of having to pull over and type in the address on every job

Good app, issues with jobs taking ages to "load up" on the screen after reloading.. most recently I can't use my fingerprint to login, as it says it is used by another user, that user is me. So I log in manually everytime and I still can't use my fingerprint, even after re-installing. 27 12 2020, how do I make hubmobile forget my fingerprint? It says it's saved for another driver

Notifications broken, repeat all the time and don't clear when you tap the OK button on the received message. Workflow is quite clunky, particularly when adding extra/waiting time to jobs. Keeps reverting back to the main menu when attempting to open a job.

IMPORTANT NOTICE! At a cost of about $35-$55 a month depending on the company you're with, then add your mobile phone plan on top of that, it's cheaper to lease the PDA I had, this is an absolute rip off, thought it was going to be significantly cheaper than that it's a joke the app is good but for that price not worth it.

The latest update, 30th October, has completely stuffed the sounds, If you get any sound at all it's a phone system sound instead of the unique Hub mobile sound it was before and if you are in a phone call, more often than not you get no sound at all. As this is an app for people who spend their days driving the sounds need to work, you can't be looking at your screen every 10 seconds to see if you've got work.this needs to be fixed ASAP
