I've submitted 2 requests/complaints to the city through this app and both have been resolved within 3 days. Our streetlight across from our house wasn't working and they came and replaced the bulb within 3 days. A contractor near our house had piled wood in the road blocking a lane of traffic, and an officer called the owner of the company and had them remove the wood from the road within 2 days. Very easy to submit a request and easy to track with email or within the app.
Just see a white screen and the endless "loading" circle. This needs to go back through QC testing. Love the web version! Developer resolved. Works great.
Piss poor platform. Can't see all the text in a field, and can't perform a basic function.
I tried to do a search and it locked up. just went to black screen. had to remove the app.
App just closes itself when I allow its use permissions ? Cant seem to get beyond log in screen - android user.
Doesn't work at all. Mobile site is trash too. Don't know what to do to communicate with Metro
when I try to log in, the app crashes. I want to use this app to be more involved with my city, but as it is now I can't do that.

This is going to be one of the most confusing apps that you could ever try to sign in into put your profile in or do anything that is just upside down
Slick app... nice way to request 311 services and track status. Shows other issues in my area as well.
When going to login, the app asks for permissions in order to use it. I click agree and then the app shuts down. Literally cannot even log in until that's resolved.
