Abysmal security. I'd expect it to be like my banking app - i.e. work in the background, but if I want to access the information then require a pin or biometrics. The Hubspot app doesn't work like that. You're either logged in so it works and anyone with your phone can access everything, or you're logged out and nobody can access the info but the features don't work. This is a shame, because other than this fatal flaw, the app is actually brilliant.

Really good overall for the complexity. Very handy for travel or on production floor. Desperately needs a few major improvements that prevent a 5 star rating: 1. Deal view behavior is different in the app from the desktop, even when using saved views. Desktop views literally cannot be replicated on the app. This is really disruptive to my workflow 2. Cannot view line items of deals. Cannot view quotes. These need to be available to at least view, if not edit, via the app.

Worst app ever. Don't ever use this in your company. The company I work for made the massive mistake to switch to this, and all staff absolutely hate and despite this app, causing massive downfall on productivity and dissatisfaction in customers. If you want to keep your business successful, stay away from this app.

Previously my experience with Hi spot was while using a state of the art personal computer. This time I'm working with a cellphone. This just might work!

Excellent proposition at all levels. Although the android app keeps crashing mid conversation.

I love that you make the calls from the app, then add details. Took a little bit of getting used to after using the desktop version. I used both, the app and desktop.

It's good and faster than the PC version but it requires getting used to trying to view the different activities etc in a different way to the desktop version

Just started using the website and its well featured. The real benefit of mobile app for a CRM is the ability to capture the emails, calls, texts and messages automatically and pull it into the customer activity and profile. Unfortunately, Hubspot crashes repeatedly on my phone making it basically useless. I can see that it would be a very useful too potentially, but to do that it need to stay open long enough! Hoping there will be an update that will fix this issue.

There are a few features missing from the desktop version that I'm sure are in progress. I'd love to see a roadmap on where this app is headed. I have really come to love HubSpot through the years, and if you're in tech & looking to grow your business, there's not much better tech I've found that is all-encompassing like this. 🤜🤛 If I had access to a roadmap for the app, rather than "this update is for bug fixes & general improvements..." blah blah this would be a ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ review easily.

It's a very good app. I never missed my follow ups. If I'm engaged task can be easily assigned to others. Contacts on HubSpot will not mix with my personal contacts so it's very useful for business contacts. I can also mention the status of my follow ups which is a great advantage. Calls can be made directly from the app. Overall it's an useful app.

The app is good but the widget is not uploading. It shows contact your admin to see your pipeline. Thing is that I have contacted the support chat online. The support could only tell me that I was admin. They couldn't help me because they were "commercial and not technical"...

The mobile app does not sync the data that the desktop receives?this is basic function am I right?

I really really really need you guys to add user management to the app, a primary function for my job which is absent from the app, as well as the ability to sign into multiple accounts simultaneously with easy account switching. Working multiple sales jobs with hubspot makes for a frustrating day, having to constantly log in and out. Other than that I love Hubspot, but basically only use the app at this point for mobile notifications.

App is smooth and has the necessary features to function as an extension. Due to space limitations i understand the inability to create a UI that encapsulates the power of hubspot but I do feel there is room for imorovement. Much like their UI improvement for their beta browser platform I hope they rethink their android app. One major feature that is missing is call merging or conference numbers thid would make life much easier on both platforms, or at least integration with one.

So, I've had a Hubspot related account for a while-but only started using it recently to try it out as a management tool for a client. I Have to say, I should have started using along ago! It's a great tool with lots of great features. You can add and manage clients and contacts as well as interact with site visitors! I'm still learning it, but would still highly recommend it for use. I'm an independent consultant, but it is definitely scalable to meet corporate needs. Try it!

Without the ability to OPEN & REPLY to emails, this app is basically useless.

It's a very good app. I think they just need to work on the fact that, you can also receive mails sent to you on the app. Also, when recipients open their mails, it should show opened. Most times when I send a message and then I opened it from sent. It reads opened and shouldn't be so.

Can't login from my work account. No problem with the Web app. So pathetic service

Absolutely rubbish have to log in every time to reply to a chat then it says wrong password so I have to reset it, by the time I do that and log in the lead has gone. I have uninstalled off both my websites and put Facebook chat on works perfectly and it's simple, easy to use and free. Don't waste your time with this

I love hubspot but this app is almost useless for me. When I bring up my contacts, it doesn't even display a third of them (so I still need to log in on a desktop browser to check for new contacts). Can't filter well at all in the app. The only thing I do using the app is make calls/text a contact and have it log fairly easily. My company raves about it, so I don't know if this is more specifically an android problem, but significant work needs to happen to make this app work well.

The app is good, but for some silly reason, your not allowed to use it in landscape. So, when you have a tablet with an external keyboard this app is rendered completely useless! Please update and give US the choice on layout!

Great app but really disappointing that you can't schedule meetings that link to calendar or toggle between accounts. So close to being a complete solution. Still better than anything else out there. I literally shelled out for a second line because I can't toggle accounts and I still haven't found a solution for the double work of scheduling. Please add this!

I was so Happy with the HubSpot academy, I was about to complete my Inbound Marketing course, but today the course is disappeared, idk what went wrong, All my hardwork, Time and Energy is got wasted, please try to get it back asap

Hubspot is a great app. I've worked leads myself, been training and managing teams for phone sales for years! Working leads on Hubspot is easy and has great sorting features. Takes some playing around and exploring a bit, but you'll find there are so many tools to use to work leads. The desktop version works great with Kixie as well. Thanks for making this app and desktop version with it guys!

I like that you can make calls directly from the app. Noting calls is a bit cumbersome on the app v on a computer. Overall I love being able to return calls when out and check if emails were opened. It would also be helpful if the calendar/scheduling synced w my Outlook calendar.

The app is great especially for calls login, but there's some bugs that needs to be re-checked. Also some UX improvements that need to done, for example : The due date of a task should be changed automatically after changing the reminder date (at least the same date and hour) Update : when I delete a task the app crashes on samsung s8
