Awesome and useful app... when it works. Normally this app runs well and is super helpful with knowing your wake windows and when to get baby down. The Summaries function are also great as well, however, lately it has been crashing a lot and destroying the user experience. I can't use the app for more than 5mins without it crashing or freezing - very frustrating!
Difficult and buggy since update. App now crashes and throws me out of application mid data entry, making it hard and time-consuming to add comments. This makes it pretty useless as anything other than a standard tracker as I'm struggling to input the data that would be needed for a sleep plan to be produced if I submitted it. A shame as it's been very useful indeed up until recently, and now it crashes so regularly (upwards of 10 times a day while in use) that I'm just sick of fighting with it.
I have been using this app for over a year now and have loved it up until a few weeks ago when I became another user that is being affected by the bug that crashes the app, for me it happens every time I open it with a message saying cannot connect to server. The app is amazing otherwise but the bug is very frustrating
5 stars bc overall great app for what it's intended to do. We actually pay for the plus subscription after discovering how useful and spot on Sweetspot is during the free trial. 5 months in and still using it. Would subtrack 1/2 star for recent bugs when updating/inputting some data (lag, sleep timer does not update in partner's app, pumping amount cannot end in odd number in the 2nd decimal (eg. 7.25 -> gets saved as 7.26)). Hopefully new updates to Android version will address these.
So many bugs, no fixes for weeks, bad customer service. They keep making "updates" to the app which cause terrible bugs, lag and crashes, which makes the app unusable. Been going on weeks now and considering I paid for the premium subscription I wait days and weeks for a single response from customer service, and still haven't fixed the bug. I'd recommend going for a different app that does the same thing until they've fixed bugs and worked on their service
Not worth the hassle. I enjoyed the free trial and decided to try premium. Despite having paid and the money being instantly taken from my account, I have no access to any of the benefits, there's no confirmation from huckleberry, no notification at all of my new membership. Multiple attempts to contact customer service have also gone unanswered. Beware. I'll think of the 14 dollars as a loss for now and hopefully I can figure out how to cancel membership before next month!
We have found this App to be a key part of our sleep routine with our now 11week old. Once she reached two months, we've found the sweet spot sleep notifications are accurate majority of the time. This has taken the guess work out of what can be such a stressful element with newborns. Our baby now sleeps 8-10 hours straight every night, just needs one feed between 7pm-7am. Not sure how much credit can be given to the app but I'd recommend you at least give the free trial a go!
The App itself was great and fit for purpose (even as the free version) However the recent updates leading to constant error message, as well as time delay in App response, is making the usage an absolute labour now. I can see from reviews other users have been affected. Not cool. Whatever was done, needs to be undone or fixed, so the App can go back to being effective.
Great app... Mostly. This app looks great, easy to use and I love the way it compiles data BUT it crashes ALL THE TIME. It worked smoothly for a while but now it will freeze and I have to close it and reopen it (sometimes multiple times before it will work again). I really wish it would fix itself because I've tried multiple baby apps and this one is my favorite but I'm getting really frustrated and thinking about trying to find an alternative.
This is a great app with many improvements being rolled out over the last year. An essetial parenting tool, and accurate when it comes to timing of sleep and any advice in relation to it. Definitely worth the subscription fee. The Huckleberry team is to be commended! HOWEVER.... the app frequently crashes on my Adroid phone, which is extremely annoying, and a great shame for an otherwise brilliant tool. I hope the developers can sort this out quickly.
I'm a paid subscriber and recently Sweet Spot has stopped predicting bedtimes and sending me notifications. Whenever I check the settings, the notifications are turned off again, no matter how many times I turn it on again. I would have paid for another year, but if it stays like this I'll be canceling my subscription in a few months.
An app that deteriorates more and more by the day. I spend two-thirds of my time restarting the app because it hangs everytime I navigate the different menu items. Some menu items I can no longer access because the app freezes and refuses to load up the graphics. Feels like I'm wasting time inputting all the data when I get nothing in return.
