HUDA pay app is not working since long. Showing"check your internet connection" Whereas other apps are working fine. Due to this we are unable to pay water & sewage bills in time. Kindly look into it matter. Also take care of surcharge for non payment of bill due to this issue.
Worst app ever as expected by the Goverment ,unable to open and pay my bills after the lastest update . Does not work at all on the android 10 at all now. It shows error no network connection even in good network. Never works
It is since long the app is not working , showing a message (check your internet connection). Many people have experienced the same, but the team has not bothered to rectify.
App closes right after I open it. An error message saying Check you internet connection appears and app crashes. There is nothing wrong with my internet connection.

The app after loading is not working.It always state to check internet connectivity.I apprehend otherwise.There might be dispute between huda and developer, if it is so it must be resolved immediately.
It was working fine for me from more than a year. But now whenever I try to open, it says "Please check your internet connection and try again later", even when the internet is working for all apps. I will not be able to pay the bill on time if it is not resolved.

App is good but it show bill aftr payment also but not need to worry otherwise good. And be sure to note transaction ID for future refernce and one thing for developer that there should be also option of order history plz fix this

It does not work. After download, by entering the detail you will not get SMS for verification. Toll no. never works.

Very good app. But there is no information about payments of previous bills. There must show the payment receipt of previous bills
Even after installing the app successfully the app is not opening itself....and dat to b after being connected to wifi or mobile network....plz rectify any problem on priority.....its a request

Pathetic App. From last 2 days it does not allow to login saying unable to load data due to server error. Haryana govt is not accepting cash payments for any bills and forcing public to use such degraded apps on the name of digitalisation
We are not able to access your app .... It always check internet connection while we already are connected to active wifi. Team developers plz fix this issue

Is there any body responsible for operation of this app. Reply by huda asks to call at a number. On calling no one picks up the phone. How to pay bill if app does not open. Is HUDA not interested towards payment of its bills? Very poor attitude of HUDA.
App does not even open after updating. HUDA already has some pathetic set of rules where they haven't any collaboration with phonepe, gpay or paytm for paying the bill. On website also no updation of bill is done. Can someone clarify how the water bill pe paid now?????
Everytime I use this app it doesn't open and there is error showing down there is that please check your internet meanwhile I am connected to my wifi(jio fiber)
Always say check your internet connection. My 4g data is running with sufficient speed.

It was working fine from last few years but now all of sudden , it showing "please check your internet connection and Try agin" . My internet is working fine for all other apps. i guess there is a bug in the app. Need to pay attention by the developer and the Authorities. You can't pay bills now through this app now.
