Huddle House

Would give negative stars if it were possible. The app is cumbersome, difficult to navigate, and the check out feature doesn't work half the time even when I close all the way out of the app. This is made all the worse by the fact that there previous website worked great, but they have since remodeled their website which is even trashier than the app.

Having to go back month by month 60+ years is a huge hassle. Picking a favorite location is also a hassle. Locations are not grouped by state/states are not alphabetized. Same for the cities, if you aren't going to group by state, at least alphabetize the cities. Also, the app does not explain how to earn points/rewards. We asked our waiter.

Great app and I'm so happy I can order delivery. However, there needs to be a COMMENTS or ADDITIONAL ORDER INFO field. The butter, condiments, dressings, etc. I order are NEVER put in with the order and is VERY FRUSTRATING. Other than that, I love the app.

This app is God awful. The prompts are barely English, there's no rhyme or reason to the store lists for choosing your favorite location so you just have to scroll until you find it. There's no option to add more of most sides. Its also impossible to order regular buttermilk pancakes with butter. You're prompted to "select at least one" of the options to modify them before you can move on and the only one is "no butter". I don't know why I expected the app to be much better than your service.

I ordered on the app for pickup. I showed up to the location 20 minutes after ordering. The location is still closed. No one is inside. No one answer the phone when you call. I can't cancel my order. I have to sit here until someone shows up so I can cancel my order and get on to work. It's 7:12 am on a Saturday morning. This is ridiculous

UPDATE: The app wrongly give 15mins as a pickup time. It's closer to 30 minutes. If you want food at 9 you'll have to place your order no later than 820. The app is very easy to use. However, I don't like that curbside doesn't mean that someone will bring the food out to the car. It doesn't say that on the app or on the door of the restaurant. Maybe it's just my location? This is one good thing that happened with Covid.

My first experience at this store was horrible. My food orders had items missing and was cold when I went to pick it up. I had bragged about this place because I went to a different store in a different city but this one in Lubbock, TX made me regret ever having mentioned it.

The app is trash and completely disorganized. It shouldnt take 5 minutes to find your city on the resturant list. If you arent going to list cities alphebetically, at least group them by state and use the same format. Then the app deletes my order 3 separate times when I tried to pay. I'll take my business elsewhere.

Nice app except for 1 thing where's the link to the menu, whenever I try to order it just sends me to the restaurant hours, location and phone number but no way to look at the menu, I like your food but I don't eat the same thing all the time I would like to look at the menu to see other plates you offer

Select your favorite store for set up: Here is a randomized list of all of our locations without any rhyme or reason. It isn't even in alphabetical order by city or state. So frustrating that I immediately deleted the app and ordered elsewhere.

Worst restaurant app ever. You can't order anything without it taking you to 3 different sites and making you register every time. All of the sites are different. No way to use any promotions. If they had negative stars I'd choose that, don't bother downloading.

Pretty pointless, since only certain stores are app pay/order. Furthermore, the major reason for getting an app out to customers is to implement a loyalty program, and this doesn't even offer the same coupons that Huttle House pays the newspaper to print out and send through the postmaster as annoying spam in your mailbox each week. What's the point?

Don't bother wasting your time downloading this app. Nobody knows how it works.I have eaten a huddle House 6 x across the country since I have added this app to my phone. I have had a $5 off coupon the entire time and not one person has known how to apply it to my meal. It expired yesterday and I never got to use it. when you go to eat you get a code, but nobody knows what to do with a code so I have yet to have a single reward points added to my account. This is completely useless & pointless.

Food is my favorite in town. We have became "Regulars". Not all the waitresses are equal, though, some are slower than others. Management is friendly and on the floor meeting people. Just got the app, and look forward to using it.

I used this app to place an order with the local restaurant.. I went at the given time for pickup, and they told me they never received a mobile order.. I was charged, and the guy cooking said their register was down, and could not issue a refund. Still haven't gotten my money back!

I agree with everyone else, what a message Huddlehouse made of their sign in idea. Everything worked fine until now. I'm using same email and password, but it won't accept it and won't allow me to do anything. What a screw up! We stopped in several times a week, but haven't been there in almost a month.

It crashes as soon as I input the city/state. Repeatedly. It sucks because Huddle House is the only restaurant of its type I like. Not gonna stop going because this app doesnt work, but it seems like it really should.

Placed an online order and went to pick it up in the store and they told us they didn't have an online order. Apparently after paying for the food through the app the receipt prints in store to be made they took the receipt and threw it away. Because of this we had to wait another 15 minutes beyond the 20 minutes we already waited for the food.

Well I just found out that the waitresses don't receive any of the tips from when we ordered on the app...and I just tipped on the app, so who is receiving the tips ???somebody who's doing nothing?? What a way to steal tips..so don't tip on the app people, unless you want to tip the app producer...lol

Trying to figure out what this app is supposed to be good for. I understand maybe all stores don't have ordering yet, why i don't know, but why cant you at least put menu on the app so maybe i can decide what i want before getting to restaurant. Don't they all basically have the same menu even when there's new items or specials?

Way to charge more...I would give it zero if I could. I attempted to order through the app on mother's day which is also my son's bday.... for the 20 percent off code and it would not accept my order had to go in to place my order and discount couldn't be applied even though I told them the app wasn't working. Order should have been 38$ instead it was $46. Won't be back for a long time

Not sure who developed this app but whoever thought it was a good idea to not put the stores in order by state 🤔 is crazy. I want pancakes, I don't want anything but butter on them. Why do I have to go thru 4 others menus to add it to basket. App would not take coupon code from the flyer they sent out for Smokehouse breakfast.

The Hueytown, AL location rocks! Me and the lil one visited them for the 1st time since they opened and everything and everyone was so nice. The store was nice, neat and clean. My wait staff, especially Destiney, were Rock Stars! She was new, but her teammates helped her slay it lol. They have a customer for life...

They forgot to put the main component in one dish and only 3 beef tips for another dish. For the price of these dishes being almost 10$ ,they should have been the full advertised dish. Then refused to fix the dishes due to closing an hour and a half before google said they close.

Ordered online, went to checkout gave me a total. Got there to pick the food up and the total was incorrect. What was billed for 13 and some change ended up being charged 55 and some change. On top of being told I have voodoo magic, but wouldn't work on them or their store.

I really enjoy "Suki" at our local Huddle House. She's is nice and very friendly and takea care of each guest as if she knows them personally. The store is always clean and neat and the food is pretty good too 🤣. Kidding... The food is GREAT!

This place was so good. Wifi was very quick! Good music and nice people! The ladies were awesome and the food was delicious. I had the time rib omelette and it was incredible. Britt was taking care of me and super sweet! I will definitely be back!

The app never finishes my purchase so I end up having to call to order. This means I don't get to use my online only coupons or earn rewards. What's the point of downloading the app if I still have to call to order. Smh do better.

I completed an online order today, 1/14/21. I paid and sent my daughter to get my food. The location calls to tell me they are closed. This needs to be listed on the ordering site, especially in rural communities where you have to travel to get anywhere. On top of that, they are unable or unwilling to refund my money. They also could not give me a phone number to call to get my refund. Now I not only DON'T have dinner, but I have no funds to buy it elsewhere.

Well since they been open I had one bad experience their with my order which they corrected with no hesistation at all. overall the service and stuff was great could pick up on speed in the kitchen tho.
