Great machines! I love the app. It let's me know when the wash is ready or the dryer has completed allowing me time to multi-task. The reward money for adding funds into the account is another great feature which helps me financially. I highly recommend Soap Lab.

Literally will not load at ALL! I downloaded the app, which took like 3 seconds and then when I try to open the app, it just loads forever and won't do anything at all. Very inconvenient.

The fact that you can't add the specific about you want is stupid. Even if it was a $10 minimum and you could oh say TYPE $27 would make it great. The rewards are a joke, and there is no way in app to even track them to know how much you've earned.

This app was fine before you upped the price of washing 50 cents, so now instead of taking out $5 to wash, i have to take out $10. It would be nice if you allowed your customers to add the exact amount they needed ($1s and quarters) to wash and dry

It's a good app and all but this is the second time I'm using it and it's like it can't find the machines. Idk if it's just my data network or what.

I enjoy the ease of this app. I enjoy the Facilities and the quick turn around on doing laundry.

Easy and convenient to use. Love the rewards and countdown timer for the washer.

In general works quite well, but I recommend disabling notifications, especially for dryers, as there appears to be a way to extend times from the notifications and I have accidentally triggered it without intending to. Since I don't leave laundry unattended anyway, the notifications don't really serve a purpose. Still, this is a huge improvement over using tons of quarters. I would recommend app.

Super easy to use. Never had an issue. I didn't think I would like paying for laundry this way but I was just grandfathering; it's much more convenient.

Very easy to use and saves a ton of time

The app seems great but the folks who manage it are awful. The guy I spoke to was just plain rude. Ive been using this Laundry mat with this new application for almost a year bow. The reward points used to show up after every transaction. That is no longer the case and the gentlemen I spoke to refused to acknowledge what I've seen when I was concerned for not getting point and for my missing point. So basically I'm out my points I've accumulated thus far with no help being provided

I enjoyed being alone in the washer. I actually had time to wash, dry and pay attention to a phone call 😂.

Owner addressed concerns and keep place clean. Every time I'm there the floors are being mopped every thing clean. Best music 🎶

Very good app. You can be at home and see the washers and machines being used before you arrive. Making payments is super easy. I don't have to worry about looking for coins. The laundry place I discovered is having new machines, very clean and comfortable.

The app is great haven't had any issues. I enjoy not having to carry any coins to do my laundry. Only thing I don't like is that there is no option to use both methods of payment. I was short on money but didn't have enough credits. The app does not give option to do split. Had I been able to use my funds along with my available credits I could have done all my laundry on one trip but instead had to leave some aside for my next laundry day.

I love this laundry mat I use in NC. But this app is so conveient. I love it personally. Unless that one time like the app and the units glitched and werent linked. Luckily i had some cash to make quarters...but ive only ecperienced that once. I even found an error ( a washer was running i didnt turn on ) and to contact an agent was fast. Like fast. Super impressed. Keep on Keeping on Guys. Good job.

This is an app designed to drain you of your money. You cannot combine "credits" with dollars, you cannot get a refund if you don't use all the money you put on the app, and you cannot give them money except in intervals they accept, none of of which apply to a single load of laundry. DO NOT use if you need to wash only a few loads, and if you need a laundromat regularly, still compare prices with local places, as it's not cheap

Not user friendly for first time users. I recommend using the support chat in the app for questions. Rewards can be selected after selecting an available washer or dryer above the green pay option banner at the bottom only if there is enough reward money for that machine. Overall no issues with the app.

It's newso obviously its clean. I wanna touch bases on the worker they have. OUTSTANDING! She is attentive! Sweet! And helpful with the app. It's amazing how u get ur money doubled when using the app. I put $50. & am getting and extra $50 credit towards my washes and dry. Amazing. Love it here already!

The APP is accurate and concise. I have options for washing the APP can allow me to select. EXTRA WASH - RINSE!!!!!!! My Laundry experience is simplified. What more could I ask for? Notifications are a freebie!!!!!! I don't need a pocket full of Quarter's today.

Awesome and easy to use. After about 8 loads I earned $5 in points! How great is that?!
