HuHot Rewards

Prior to the most recent update you were getting a free meal every for every 12 you bought. This seemed like a high, but fair number. Now, with the new update you have to spend $250 dollars just to get a free grill meal. This is nearly DOUBLE the previous rewards goal-- assuming one meal is apx $11. Love HuHot and will still use the app for the occasional free drink or whatever, but as somebody who isn't in the restaurant all the time, the rewards are going to take way too long to build.

You can't redeem rewards through the app. You can LOOK AT your rewards, but there's no option to actually redeem them and they won't redeem automatically through purchases. You also can't save grill meal creations, which sucks because there's like 15-20 different options you have to remember and select. You can reorder complete previous orders, but you can't dance individual items. There's literally no reason you shouldn't have these functionalities

The app is fine, works well. But those who are making your food are more miss than hit. You get food that is flavorless and 95% noodle and 5% other items. Might be the last time we use it.

Works better than some food ordering apps. Just some minor tweaks. The sauce recipes preloaded would help to make the recipe just right. The error messages disappeared to quickly to read what I needed to correct. I couldn't order a lunch before 11:15 unless i set to pick up after 11:30.

App hasn't been able to place orders for going on half a year - more than enough time for the developers to know there's an issue and crank out a fix. As a programmer myself, I'm going to guess the app is abandoned. I'm open to a happy surprise, but I haven't eaten HuHot in just as long when I used to eat it quite a lot and I'm probably not alone. My local store is full of wonderful staff and it's definitely not their fault, but this app is losing the company business.

App does not work. Won't allow me to input my email. Allows me to select my favorite location but doesn't se to find any location when I try and order through the app. Just a junk app.

huhot rewards are s-l-o-w. very few perks. not that easy to use. unlike the cafe-"spanish river" where if you visit on the right days, your rewards add up fast (up to 20%-25% in some cases) and are an easy scan at checkout, huhot app is a "give your number to your waiter and hope it works right" model. and the amount of food rewards you really get is about 1 meal out of 13. and frankly, for the price, it will be a while before i go to huhot 13 times. free birthday meal is really good though, +2.

Since latest update, can no longer do online/pickup orders. I get all the way to paying, then it asks to verify phone number. I do that and submit order, then it goes back to verify phone number. Do it again and the app crashes.

Huhot is one of my most favorite places to eat. I go there every time I am in Flagstaff, AZ. I downloaded the app because I go there so often. However this app is completely useless to me. It does not register that I am at Huhot. It won't let me check in. I love Huhot, but don't like the app.

A little disappointed that I appear to not have been receiving credit for visits. Providing my card was no longer sufficient. Also, at my most recent visit, when I hit the check-in button, it gave me a 3 digit code, but my server said it had to be 4 digits to work.

The app and/or rewards system needs an overhaul. Everytime I try to redeem a reward it takes my points instead. Very frustrating.

I didnt see egg listed in the protein section, may be some others missing as well but overall app seems great. transferred current points from account smoothly. Will rate again after actual use at store.

Cannot order throught app any longer since previous update. Once card is entered and tip added and order seems confirmed, app sends an error message and closes without submitting your order.

Login button doesn't work I've contacted support and was told they have no signs that the app isn't working for Android users, so a bit out of luck to use the app on Android.

This app won't let me log in. It asks for my information, gives me a little "loading" icon, then does nothing. Same with trying to reset my password :(

App is completely broken. Login with correct username/password and says no guest found. Complete bull. Then when i try to reset my password I get a java error.

Login button doesn't work. we know our account and login work, we just can't login. we are able to login to the website just not the app.

Great options. Lots of warnings if you choose a wrong thing during your order.

3 orders to go and none were right. They were busy but gave a decent tip and still no care. Unfortunate.

Same issue as everyone else. It gets stuck in a loop. Not sure why but sure as hell would like to place an order

HuHot is a staple in our house and the app makes ordering much easier!

I absolutly love with app and the restaurant makes delivery so quick and easy for when I'm home sick!

How can an App not support online orders? Seems illogical to me. Deleted after less than one use because it is about as useful.
