Can't register. Tried resending verification code multiple times, with no success. Tried it on different phone - doesn't work as well. It is a pretty critical issue I would say. UPDATE Couple of weeks later and it finally worked, but there are plenty of other issues with the app and the entire system as well. How hard can it be for the scooter to show the actual position? 4 out of 5 times there is a scooter on map but not in reality. On top of that I expeirience plenty of errors and bugs. Bad UX

App displays annoying notifications. ("welcome message" which you cannot dismiss). Thanks God for Android block notifications system option. Also.. I wanted to give it a try... Unfortunately you cannot just add credit card to your account.. Instead you're required to make non-refundable top up to your prepaid wallet.. And the minimum topup value is 25 PLN. Which is way too much to just give it a try... I think I'll just walk... Or use one of the competitors app.

Very disappointing experience. The app has a lot of bugs, stops without reason. The biggest problem is the fact that finding working hulaj is nearly impossible after 1 pm, every single one is without enough battery. It's a good idea, but as of now it is a total failure.

One scooter we had started beeping and stopped, had to re-unlock it twice, charging us more. Then the second scooter we hired would not unlock at all! meter is still running in the app with no way to resolve it. Would avoid linking a credit card to it and only top it up in very small amounts! Scooter and app are very much in the alpha/beta stage still.

Tried several times to download and use the app but it crashes before even opening. It simply freezes and crashes. Tried reinstalling but it hasn't changed the situation. Might have something to do with Android, it worked well on my boyfriend's iPhone. Ended up using a different company scooter :(

Doesnt work. Like, at all. You can't use it in the evening (who would have thought that someone might want to use it during the night of museums?). Doesn't work outside of arbitrarily selected area of the Old Town while most of scooters are parked out of it (but you cant use them to get back to the Old Town if you find one outside of it because of reasons). You can't even get your money back once you put some into it because of reasons, so if it's unusable - bad luck! Avoid like plague.

I'm very disappointed with your service. 3 scooters we're not possible to unlock with strange errors like 'waiting for techinicians' or 'used by another user'. 1 was unlocked but accelerator didn't work at all, though it charged me 2.77. 1 was unlocked but accelerator was stuck, so it wasn't slowing downing. it was not safe to use at all!!

Terrible app, highly recommended to avoid. Most of the vehicles don't work and app still shows them on the map, asks for the money deposit and only after shows "hint" that that the vehicle needs service. I put money and tried to activate 4 vehicles with no success at all. Wasted money and wasted time.

App freeze on Android 8 for several seconds making it difficult to zoom map or use any app feature. "Ring" function doesn't work. Real scooter location often is different by few hundred meeters than on the map in the app. Goving 2 stars only for the idea.

I paid 50PL (€12) up front to get 5 free rides First 2 rides worked great After work found one at 30% battery which only lasted 2mins, thats very poor, but ok, fair enough. Got another at 100% that when I unlocked it, worked for 30seconds and then stopped suddenly and just crashed the app so now even after uninstalling and reinstalling the app, I cant even pick up another scooter :/ A lot of work needed on this!

GPS position doesn't work. it showed me that the nearest hulaj is somewhere in South Korea lol. however, I'm in Krakow. I checked in Google maps app where my location is correct. Also if I manually go to Krakow area, it shows that all hulajs are in 0.04km from me which is not true. Please fix this bug because it makes the app almost useless

Every aspect of this app is broken. It shows scooters that cannot be rented (due to whatever reason), it let's you rent a scooter and after 10 seconds of ride it stops saying 'this scooter is outside of zone and cannot be rented'. It does not support reservations so by the time you get to one it is most likely gone. They won't refund your money either (since you have to make a deposit). I can't recomment that service, at all.

Review from using the app 2 years ago. Crashes, crashes, crashes, infinite loading everywhere. Ghost scooters, you couldn't rent a scooter outside the area to get it into it, even if it was outside just by 20 meters. The worst service ever made.

This thing is meant to be mindblowing thing in the old city area in Krakow. But I can't imagine how so raw product can be at market at all. 3 of 4 times I tried to use a scooter ended up with my helpless tries of stopping application counting that I am riding. I spent over a 20 minutes while trying to park the scooter in the app and get another one. Please let me know when you will release alpha version, I will come and try again.

I found a lot of scooters on the map, when I arrived there a guy told me that it's only service and you can't take scooter from there. Why tf they are on map if u cannot take them. Update: I finally found scooter to ride. Riding experience is great. Also I can confirm that whole app sucks at localizing the scooters and in terms of lag between app and vehicle.

Tried already for 2 weeks to find one working scooter in Krakow. But all of them are without battery or the app doesn't work. Once they even let me unlock the scooter, charged me the fee, but the battery was low, so it didn't work. So all in all a very bad and frustrating experience.

1) can you show that scooter need to be recharged BEFORE user come to it. It doesn't clear that 18% is not enough for ride ! 2) app is crashing all the time 3) bikes often show 'not in the area' message, despite they are. Edit: decreasing to 1 star - few hours of trying to start riding - scooters either not exist or show 'not in the area' message

Rubbish, don't use. Didn't allow unlocking of scooter, kept coming up with server error. Parter tired to unlock several, didn't work. Looked on the app an hour and a half later... The app then said she had been logged onto a scooter for that time and tried to charge her. In turn emptying the money she put in her wallet in app. I stress again, don't use this app!

I have tried to sign up but I didn't get registration code though I asked to resend it multiple times. Now app says I have reached maximum number of registration despite the fact I wasn't able to finish registration process in the first place. Please let me know when you fix it so I can change my review.

Didn't believe it may work this way: you send your money, wait, wait couple days more, write to the support team about lost money and finally just remove the app. Really guys, the worst experience ever! The first thing your app should be able to do is to receive money.

Completely unusable. I'm getting "request error" all the time. Tried to log out and log in again. Now I'm getting request errors during logging in. It's like I've thrown away 20 PLN

Only worked fine for a day or two for me, after very frustrating registration issues. Last few days they're not where they appear on the map or tell me that they're waiting for battery replacement or that I have to make sure I'm next to it or something like that lol

Can't even get the app started! Verification code won't send to my US number despite US being in drop-down option. Same thing with husband's phone LOL. FYI, Hulaj, Alaska does not have it's own country code, it's in the US...

Tried to rent a scooter but application just displayed errors. After a few attempts when it finally stopped displaying errors and scanned the scooter QR it was endlessly loading. After a few minutes I gave up. I tried another scooter and the same story but it finally loaded and said I used up my scooter rent limit. I went by a bus somewhere then got a message in the application I was charged. What is the meaning of this? I'll never again try to use the application nor scooters by this company.

Was not compatible with Android 10 initially. Developer responded it has been fixed, and now working beautifully. All is good! 👍

Awful App and service but good idea. Most of the scooters dont work and when they do you spend 2 minutes waiting for the scooter to activate and bill... costing money. Customer service seems useless.

Does not allow me to register (i enter my phone number, but do not get an sms with code, tried 2 phones), not i get a message that i have reached the allowed number of registrations and i should contact Hulaj... But there is no button, there is no FB page, there is no webpage. I HATE IT

Zero account balance after top up a week ago. Funds lost. Support contact phone and email do not respond. Worst experience ever. Strictly do not recommend. Gonna contact payment provider Google to report scam.

the scooters are a great idea but the app is really annoying to use and has multiple bugs. Though if the developer would like any support my company will be happy to help.

this is so far the worst, the most buggy app I have ever installed on my phone. I can't even check where the scooters are because of some request error. you should consider hiring better app developers.
