This APP was suggested from the referral I got from my PCM to tricare. When I downloaded it, says it built for older built and check for update..2018 was the last time it was updated. Useless as it is and nowhere can you view the referral letter. Have to go to humana website to view it.👎
Still. CAnt check your referrals, or pull them up on the app. Which is a useful tool to take with you to all appts especially when no base is close. This app once established with a provider is not useful. Until they add test result, $$ amounts for procedures,copay info, and other important info for us, and our referral access. Its kinda meh for anyone that doesn't need a provider change or to look up benefit eligibility. Navigation is difficult. 1 star is generous.
App appears to have few helpful features but I wasn't able to use them properly because they didn't work on my newer version of Android. I would like to be able to see my appointments, referrals, and prescriptions. The app only allowed me to find providers, check eligibility and make payments which only the provider finder worked on my Android device.
Sorry for the low rating but this app is pretty much useless. The only options available are look for a provider, check eligibility, and make a payment. Nothing has changed since I first installed it about 4 years ago. You would think new features would face been added by now, like the ability to see EOBs, check referrals, etc., yet the app hasn't had any sort of update in over 2 years. Not even security patches.
Going to be redundant can only see if have coverage, pay bill or find a provider it does not show me anything else like statements referrals and I was sent by email to see my referral. Would it be because I'm not setup yet in the system because I cannot sign up because every time I put my social security number or number it goes in backwards. Two years now always have to have agent.. Waste of my time and yours..
I've been trying to pay my bill for weeks but it's giving an error code each time I click into payments. There is no contact info to report a problem either. This app hasn't been updated in 3 years! Whoever is running this operation needs a new career.
This app basically only does essential beginning tasks. But you cant check your premiums or even what you are currently enrolled in or anything. It tells you mext to nothing. Only "check eligibility" "find a provider" and "make a payment" but none of that is helpful past day 1. The whole payment section is a joke.
I got an email saying I could access my EOB on the app but I can't. Nothing has changed. The app is barely useful. I just uninstalled and reinstalled and still the same. No option to view a claim or the corresponding EOB
Got an email saying I had a message and that I could download the app. You can not view messages with this app only check your eligibility and pay your bill. You can also search for a provider which I didnt need since I already have one. Pointless for those of us already enrolled with a PCM in place already.
Horrible! Can't get Tricare Prime provider info. When provider list comes up, it shows me doctors in another state, not the closest doctors. Website does that too. When I do click on a provider I get an error message. HealthNet Federal Services was so much better than Humana! This app is NO help!
Email said if I got the app I could look at my referrals and other things. Only thing I can do is find a provider, make a payment, and check eligibility. No way to log into my account to check information.
worthless waste of time app. Only allows you to make a payment, it still doesn't allow you to see your referrals and tells you to check your data when you try to find a provider.
Useless. If I could give it azero star rating I would. Despite emails from Humana Military claiming referrals are available on the app, they are not. The only thing available to use on the app, is looking up eligibility and network doctors. Nothing else works. From other comments, this has been happening for a long time. I would be interested in knowing if this app is a required element of Humana Military's contract.
Provider list is outdated. Tricare excuse is providers must update. What good is that if I choose a provider no longer in network based on current lists? Will I be penalized? Needs to change immediately!
If I could give this zero stars I would. I can't do anything in the app. I downloaded this so I could easily access my EOBs and claims processing, but all this does is ask me to input my TriCare ID, name, and DOB over and over again. What a joke.
Before you down load this app.it showes you all the things by looking at the pictures of what you can get to,but after down loading your limited on what you can do witch it made this app. kind of "useless for me" big disapointment and pictures are misleading !!!
MONEY HUNGRY app only does 2 things- search for a military dr. and primarily- allows you to send money but doesnt give you any type of bill. You type in a $$ amount and push send. This does NOT give you access to your medical information or allow you to message your provider. App requests you enter your social or sponsor ID and then you can send humana money. No password, no account confirmation, doesnt even give you your own name. What it does do is require you to enter your credit card info.
Very limited capability - you cant verify half the information you can see on the website. Trying to find a network provider is very difficult to navigate.
Worthless. Both this app and the support over the phone are trash. They tell me there are no PCM's within 50 miles of me. I live in a town of over 60k, I find that very hard to believe.
it's been years now! there's no excuse as to why you don't already have a functioning android app (90% of smart phone users are android!) . I hope your DoD contact gets reevaluated for this for poor performance.
No matter how many times I tried to locate a local PCM, it kept telling me to check the data I entered. How many times can I enter my city, state and click on Primary Care Physician??? Those 3 little questions.....but no, I am "Entering incorrect information." SO SO frustrating. I even tried entering the Dr.'s name and the name of the practice...."Wrong Information." I know this Dr. and the entire practice of eight (8) Dr.'s IS on the TriCare approved list,but NO, I can't simply click.Grrr 😣ðŸ˜
Horrible app and to bad I can't give it zero stars. Shows hardly nothing and out of 3 things it shows the cap portion isn't even updated. Shows how much they care about their military members.
Can't really do anything on this app besides pay and search for providers. Would like to be able to check status of referrals and see as much info as you can on computer.
Upon opening it notifies that this old version may not work with any newer Android versions. It is not user friendly.
App does not work at all. It opens but that's it. Gives error message everytime you try to use it.
When trying to get more information about a medical specialist in my area, cliking the provider's name to see the contact information, a notification windows appears in the screen saying "unexpected error"
Only good 2 look up plan eligibility, doctors in network & 2 make a payment towards insurance premium. Other than that, I CANNOT look up referrals, copays, paid or past due copays that I might owe, insurance plan info, basically nothing but the 3 things listed above. So it's not really helpful or an app that I'm going 2 hardly use much because there isnt much I can do w/ it. Add info & services that help the customer & i give more *. But this app seems more of a convience 4 them (getting $)
