many times I find it frustrating. Here is one example from today. I just recieved a notification on the top of my screen that my order has shipped. I didnt know which RX it might be, so I left that notification and went to the app which had a number 1 on it. I logged in and went to orders where there was a notice that I had no recent orders. When I click on ALL orders, the last listed was 2 weeks ago. I've had these kind of issues and report several times. When will they be fixed?
So far, I've ordered twice due to ??? I had everything in the cart for exactly $75. My address was at the shipping page & then......nothing! The app still said I had $75. So, started all over again. We will see if it worked the 2nd time. Why does this app keep changing every month? It finally got to the place where it worked and now everything has changed again.
After selecting the Rx's to be refilled, I tried 5 times to click on my cart to check out. I couldn't get it to open. Came back 2 days later to try again and it worked. Don't know if it was the app or my phone, but I've never had this problem before. After downloading the updated app, everything works great.
Adding a new credit card was frustrating. There was a feature to scanning the card but didn't seem to work. Once all the fields were complete there was no way to save the information until I accidentally went out of the app & then reentered to then save the info. It took several tries.
The app is awful! Order history does not show item numbers and text descriptions are not found, so need to hunt for re-order items every time. Prices do not show in cart, so can't tell what order total is. ABSOLUTELY THE WORST APP EVER!!!!!!! Gave it a few months and got an updated version. Humana must be using elementary students to program this app. It is AWFUL!
Thank goodness this is easy to use! As of 32022, it has turned into a nightmare! App acts stagnant, tap & it doesn't happen. Been waiting for refill that shows 2 fills, another shows 0 fills. If u have used all fills remove info. How am I supposed to know there r not any fills. April 21 & still waiting. Way past annoying! Needs work.
I'm nervous using apps to order things. I am pleasantly surprised how super easy the account is to set up, sign in, look up anything pertaining to the app, chat with someone if you have questions or need help. Your (current balance) is always in constant view and subtracts item costs as you place items in your cart, ~{and}~ It is so easy to place your order. Click Click Click and you're all done... One App That Won't Drive People Batty....... ~ { 😜 😧 🤣 🤪 } ~
Great app if you can log into it. Good forbid you change phones or numbers or in my case both. I can't log into my account from my new phone because the app won't let me change my phone number. It keeps sending a verification email to the wrong email address that I can't access. 🙄 So now I'm having to log in on my old phone thru wifi and thankfully I haven't turned this phone in yet. I hope I can change everything today because calling them doesn't do anything either.Last otc order was oct 2021
Easy n direct to use. Can go directly to otc . I like updated changes to ordering OTC items. Much easier to navigate when ordering from different categories. Also like fact it tallys your remaing balance after each item you add to chart right on screen so you know how muchbyou have left while you are in a section. Makes it easier to add or subtract quantities and items. Good job Humana.
I use this application for multiple reasons, mostly for convenience. So far it's pretty good however I've discovered some issues since my last review. 1. It's hard to find items because the lists are jumbled. 2. They need to give a specific reason for refills being put on hold. 3. There needs to be a cancel order button.
Not at all happy with the automatic opening of this app each time I turn on my device! It does an auto open to the sign in screen and slows down the device when I start my tablet. I think it is way too intrusive. No other apps do this. Thinking of uninstalling because it does it on both of my Samsung devices. Also sometimes it doesn't want to log in even with the correct login. Please fix this because this app is good most of the time but if it continues I will uninstall!!!
The April 2022 update is just so much easier to use! The reminders for taking them are easy to set up! Minor nits are: The reminder assumes you take the X times a day prescriptions all at once. After you enter the first reminder it could space them out & set up the rest of reminders for you. Some prescriptions can't/won't be auto-refilled so a weekly double-check is advised.
The experience is fine. It would be easier if the picture of the products could zoom larger. The wipes for the body are too small. They break apart before you pull one or two from the package. Please get a different brand.
I have only used the otc section of this app so far. If you look at multiple products, then picture may be for a product other than the one you are viewing. Picture of box was to blurry to read number of uses for the product. Product description including all ingredients, number of uses, and possible named brand comparison would be alot better. Would have given 5 stars if not for the lack of these things.
I checked to see if one of my RX's was ready for refill, and it was. Simply tapped to order. It put it in my cart. Went to my cart. Double checked the information and it was correct. Then just completed my order. Very easy to navigate and use.
The app is easy to navigate. Crashes sometimes. Good selection, although the images in the descriptions are not what I get all the time. It's usually the generic. So a bit pricey.
I was really confused about ordering my over the counter items but the app just walked me right through it and I ordered my things really fast and easy. It has a convenient counter at the bottom that shows how much you have left on your balance. Very easy to use!!
Always having problem signing in. Always having problems with the app. Need to do something about this. Lowered the star rating. Because now it opens when starting my phone without permission and tries to freeze up on my screen. And the app keeps starting at the start up of my phone.
I am a level two technician so I don't need any instructions. Every time I open the app and try to sign in the app closes three times now every open the app, it doesn't need an update, there is nothing in the storage cache so what's the point in having the app if it isn't going to open?
The app itself is good. Easy to use but I can read the enlarge the produce in order the read the manufactors box. I guess this is more for Humana rather than the app but horrible selection of products to choose from compared to United Health and Blue Care. I do appreciate having this much though.
I've had some problems signing in to my app, otherwise it's a great way to get your medicines. I love the convenience of this app also. I love Humana because they always find a way to help me out. I still have to get a notification from my text a lot before I'm able to get in.
Very user friendly! Search provides accurate results. The only thing that I would say that could be different is if the tabs for specifications, how to use etc were larger for some people to read it. Otherwise great app!
Freezes! Terrible App. Doesn't except my information, to sign on. So I sign up again. Now it reads I have an account! Then it doesn't except. I go back and forth. So many problems. I reported several times. Cindy, escalation department is not customer service oriented. Sugestión... change fields!
The functionality of this app is pretty good. The reason for the low rating is the issue with it always opening by itself no matter if I'm rebooting or in the middle of using another app. The issue was NOT fixed in the latest update!!! I reinstalled the app but the phantom openings continue! I will have to uninstall the app and use the web site until this issue is corrected!!!
