Disappointed. Last night, I downloaded the app for the first time. I ordered a list of Items of different categories. My bill reached over 1000 which saved me delivery charges. My Order was placed successfully. In the morning, when I opened the application to check the details about my Order. It was said that it got cancelled. NO details or Reasons were provided. Disappointed, Disappointed BIG TIME. Thumbs down for this Application. You are not going to make any progress I'm sure.
It's a good initiative, but the app needs a lot of work. Specifically in the search engine, it's very bad, products are shown even when the description doesn't match. Only the first letter matches. Plus few things prices are higher then even Naheeds.
I ordered from twice. The first time one of the item they delivered was full of worms and since it was packed with all the other items those worms got into a few other items as well. I had to return the items obviously. The second time they delivered a product that was near its expiration date. Again I had to return the item. Needless to say I won't be ordering from them again. I wish they were as good as they claim to be.
Very limited selection of products. Or may be the app wasn't able to fetch products. Even basic items like bread wasn't available. I wouldn't recommend using it to order urgent groceries during these difficult times.
Too much expensive item. Give discount on those item not of regular use like Gillete 20% off (Rubbish). Make innocent people foolish. App totally collapse. Click an item, and open previous one. Totally not recommended. Save time and money by avoiding such app. Foodpanda is much better than this with deals and discount on grocery item although limited variety.
While doing monthly groceries one likes to buy every product from one window. If even one odd item is left back you get uneasy. Here still so many products are not available. For instance no chicken product of a quality brand is added.
I m not giving this app 5* becuase it does not show all the items in catagorical form.. but when you search it in search bar, it appears. And if you go back after veiwing the details of, then the list starts over and u need to scroll down again to the item where u left Plz fix iy and make it more easier to use.. Rest of service is astounding
Up until now, I have ordered twice on HumMart. My first experience was great. I decided to stick to HumMart for future but it seems that HumMart badly failed to convert a customer into a good permanent client. The order was delivered after four days as for their promise of delivery on the next day. And I was charged for 9 items whereas the delivered items were 7. I just didn't bother to count it the time i received it. And so far no phone call for feedback has been made after 3 days of delivery.
Very limited choice of groceries. Also not consistent. If you get something you ordered . Next time good chances are that they are out of it. Only for emergencies or if you are too afraid to go outside
Really Good services, accurate delivery. But I have a complain also Your tracking system is not working at all. That is still stuck on the first step "order placed" while I've received my order on time but no one is updating tracking system.
I placed an order with promo and wanted to pay by card , which was Failed as per "App", but customer services said the order has been placed, I requested them that I'd would like to pay by card, they refused that the promo can not be applied and only can be changed to cash on delivery, so have not had a very pleasant experience.
Extremely limited product range. If I have to go to store for many items I might as well get everything under one roof. Price differential is small so even that wont encourage me to buy atleast some items here. But good initiative.
It was good experience for all kind of grocery items. Quick delivery and product extended dates which is one of the main highlights. Also prices may vary low as compare to the market.
Very good idea and service but need some improvements in app, it hangs quite alot. And i think sorting things by brands would make it easier to navigate. Like all the shaan products under one tab for eg.
My order has not yet been received. You should be clear if you are unable to meet the committed timelines.Have already complaint about the issue 4 times by far i havent seen any progress seems like i will have to cancel the order . And i was doubting it right the brands that were mentioned were rather replaced by local products .The right quantity of items were also not received. i would recommend not to order.if you do chk before you pay . I returned the order as it was not as committed
It's my first time I ordered and paid via Easypaisa app. It's 29 April and delivery date has been given 3 May. On the other hand when you select an item it says same day delivery. Second thing I want to add here that even though I have already paid when I see my order details it says that I have to pay the amount to delivery executive. I hope my feedback will improve the performance of your team. Regards
Options are limited. Many products are out of stock. It is my 1st order, I will share experience later. Options have improved. Product are available. Price is comparative and delivery is fine as well.
Great service and support. But the app needs to be more professional and having more clean and user friendly interface. Wish they work to remove bugs from it.
One of best services available in Karachi. From product quality to customer service, prompt delivery and app experience, everything is top of the line. Some suggestions for App: 1) Sometimes after consecutive searches, search bar does not work. Though there are results as shown in side message (like 23 results found), it shows no product. Then we have to back to home and search that string again, it shows results. Please fix this bug. 2) Add expiry, custmr reviews against applicable products.
Hummart customer since 2018.. they never disappoints us.. always deliever quality products with excellent service..👍 the only problem is the availiblity of items and the search engine of the app need to be improved.
App is very good and nicely developed. But you should prompt a user while he enters delivery location where currently you are not giving services (if applicable) after placing the order i received the call from the representative. You should tell before placing the order infact order shouldn't be placed untill i chose the location where you are offering services. Being a developer i was tricked what else you expect from a layman.
I ordered from this App last week... After ordering , i received a call from their call centre for confirmation... They told me that your order will be delivered tomorrow from this to that... I said ok.... Next day i was keep waiting for the other but no one came... Next day i checked my order status and status was "delivered"... I haven't experienced this type of fake procedure with any other app... Very bad experience... I am going to uninstall this app now... Fake people.. Fake app.
After placing order and after paying through credit.card they couldn't deliver some items as they said the items were not in stock. If that's the case they should show this at the time of adding these items in cart.
Worst shopping experience ever. Wasted time to order stuff and payment didn't go through credit card. Need to fix payments through credit cards.
Canned boxes items are okay but vegetables quality not good as shown in the photos. Coriander, dill and spinach were not fresh. Luckily had only ordered 3 items being my first order. Sadly disappointing.
The experience is wonderful and delivery promises are well maintained. The staff members are very friendly. Email support is bit slow. More categories and products brands need to be added. Quality is maintained. Good work.
I received an incomplete order and the delivery boy took the whole money. There is no way to complain about anything in this app. The delivery was also very late as well. I emailed the complain but no response. Very irresponsible behavior. I would not order anything again from this app.
Very bad experience 1. items that I ordered were missing but I paid the full amount 2. the milk I ordered was leaked and I don't like there packing system they just give it in a plastic bag . I personally don't recommend this app if you can change your packaging system maybe it would be better
Worst ever Service. No response when you call them. Pathetic. I ordered online. I paid through credit card.But never received my order. Upon inquiry I have been told that order has been delivered. I m shocked that How can they tell lie. It's very disappointing.
Amazing customer service, honest and responsible staff, picks calls on time and very well mannered. Good quality stuff and in time. Highly preferred! Loved it the first time as well. But I'd like the app to be updated. It doesn't let me track orders and also didn't update me about the items which couldn't be delivered due to some reason, before hand or we would have ordered something else. Also after the order was received the app was still showing the cart having it.
