I don't understand what premium means in this app. Most of the movies are on rent and those that aren't on rent can be seen for free too and doesn't matter whether you're a premium user or not, there are ads everywhere. I don't think this can be even categorised as an OTT platform they're just asking for money in return for nothing at all. The app is full of bugs and crashes all the time and even if it loads my mistake, most of the content doesn't load.

App is asking for rental even after Subscription on most of the good movies. Why will I pay for rentals even after Subscriptions? There are many more famous OTTs like Netflix and Amazon prime, they don't charge like this. Dream of having a good platform with this payment structure. Update :- We are paying for that thing such that you can do content licence, maintain your server, optimize your app, it's a request to change the pricing, it's really looking like a disgusting business model.

I logged in and paid for 3 months plan and then again for 12 year plan, each with different phone numbers. It still asks for subscribe and both of them won't work. Even you get free subscription, please don't use stupid app. It is also buggy and screens won't load properly.

The option to login with mobile number just shows the wait ring, but nothing happens. It's frustrating to see the basic function not working.

They don't know the "Premium" meaning Premium: Songs with ads, non premium: Songs with ads. Premium: Some old movie title available, non premium: Also sone old movie titles available. Premium: Original show like YouTube Non premium users: They can see content on youtube. They do not purchase any movie for premium customer... Most of on rent movies are available on Amazon Prime under its subscription.

What does premium user get. Ads and old Contents. And app ui worst streaming is very slow. On my hight speed broadband. Only sound sound quality is very good in this app of all movie.

Having premium subscription of 1 year still being served advertisement of 30 sec. There are 4-5 advertisement in 1 episode. Always lags a lot. Seems the subscription is of no use. Better watch without subscription and watch ads.

Worst application it took long process to open eash navigation. Also, login mechanisms are worst.. I have logged using mobile number. Also, on the more options change password on which I have not created and I am not having option to know my login credential to login through smarttv. On smartTV has only one option to login username with password.

One of the worst app. They can't even sedn OTP or password regeneration links after 48 Hrs . Download don't work. Mobile number can't be syn if login via email To generate a new password for the first time you need to put old password. Hahah that's the best thing I have seen in 2022

I have yearly subscription, and suddenly the subtitles stopped working. It happened just two days back. At first, they were working fine, but now it won't show subtitles for any movie. In a reply, i had been told that subtitles are for selected movies only. I just want to inform the developers team, that when i complained, the app was showing subtitles for many movies, and now, not even for a single one. That is the main problem.

All the new and good movies (even the old good movies) are only available on rent so there is no point in getting a subscription. And on top of they app experience is terrible. They have apps on lg tv and fire stick but that's terrible on another level! Overall if you're willing to pay for content opt for hotstar which is much better and there is no in app purchases after the subscription fee. If you can choose Netflix or prime which is 10 times better than this! Don't throw away ur money here!

Very bad experience. You have a long way to go. I took one year plan then I realised that most of the movies which I wanted to watch are in rental and on top of that while streaming video songs adds are popping that made me to feel why I took this subscription. I'm regretting terribly. Comparatively this app and services are very poor. This app has a program which gives reward points which is cool but there is lot of room for improvement.

Absolutely HORRIBLE experience. Every 10 mins it stops to buffer a few seconds. I have a 100 mbps connection and it still does it. On pc, it won't stream at all (I am subscribed). Android app is somewhat usable. And on smart TV, just forget it. No proper sign in method in place. You got to type the email id and password and the same problem of stopping every few mins to buffer keeps happening. Of all services, this is the absolute WORST I have used. They should shut it down if they can't run it.

This app does not stream the movies well. When I tried watching a movie in app installed on my TV, it said rent it out on a hand held device, which I did, now I'm able to watch the movie only on my hand held device and not on my tv though the profile is logged in both tv and hand held device. Please sync this issue as it's an additional irritating factor to app streaming the movies very slow (half the time buffering).

Absolutely Horrible app. Rented a movie, the pause button doesn't work even if the app is running in the background 😂. Had to close the app completely to pause the movie. Also, if you have rented a movie and want to resume watching, it will ask you to rent it again if you search for it. Only way to continue watching is from purchase history.

I purposely downloaded this app to watch the movie "The Meg" which was available only for rent. The streaming experience was expectionaly disastrous. The video player would stop in between and start from the beginning. Every 10-15 mins the buffering would stop and the video would start again from the start. horrible experience even after paying the price!

Not able to login. Sometimes showing too many devices and showing 5 random devices. Sometimes showing popup as null.

All good movies are not available even after buying subscription. You have to pay heavy rent separately for every nice movie. That's really nonsense. Top of that I have already paid the subscription fees and still not able to access anything. The app is still asking me to buy the subscription. I don't know what happened to what I have already paid.

Facing problems multiple times to watch movie . today (5-3-2022)I already subscribed for 7 days premium to watch Mee Shivajiraje Bhosale boltoy movie but whenever I play this movie after the 5 minutes everytime subscribe notification appearing on screen this happens 8-9 times with me that's why I totally lost interest to use this app please provide better services my dear hungama owners to the viewers and another one app is taking too much time to open also focus on this point . Solve problem

The worst experience i have had on any streaming app ever. This app wont stay stable for even two minutes. Wherever you click, the time limit is just under 2 minutes and it crashes. It gives you a two month free subscription, all the trending movies and most popular ones are present on it but ...... It simply crashes. It has just increased my frustration during this lockdown period. Please fix this asap. Otherwise users have much better options to switch to. Please do it soon

The movies gets played and one can hear the sound of the movie even when we have not clicked the app and when we are in a different app. There is no proper resume function and the movie gets played right from the beginning and also the fast forwarding or rewinding is not at all good the movie gets fast forwarded or rewinded a lot more or less. It is while lot cumbersome to any specific point in the movie. A lot needs to be worked out this app needs to deserve a whole lot better rating.

Bad Experience. Logged in through Mobile number and used my coupon code for 12 month subscription. Coupon code was used. However, the app still asks me to subscribe and even after login it shows me as 'null' user. Waste of my flipkart points used for the coupon code.

Collection of video songs is small. Search function is bad. I can only see 5 search options per video song, which is kind of pathetic.

This is the worst OTT platform on Play Store. The subscription here doesn't mean anything, you have to rent movies even if you have bought a subscription. Worst app ever. 👎👎

Very bad app cannot even change my name from guest to my own... and also i have a whole year of subscription even than it ask me to rent a movie to watch. If i have to rent a movie to watch then why should you make me subscribe your app

Do not purchase any subscription. It is of no use. After purchase also it will again show as rent for movies. It only asks for money. Don't go for it. Not recommended.

I subscribed with a weekly subscription of 29 rupees. But i don't want to have auto renewal, tell me the process to cancel the subscription or cancel the auto renewal. Plzz Asap.

It doesn't function properly. Most of the time...it doesn't even open. Disappointed! Hi Hungama team, My device has 6GB of RAM. And I am not facing any such issue with any other apps. This app also not opening on my android tv most of the times. And by any chance if it does then it crashes. There are serious issues with this app. Please work with developers to get it fixed. Will wait for the fix and your reply.
