Return to office forced to use app as only way of ordering food either mobile app or app running in food court. Mobile App not loading always flashing loading screen. Functionality is good. But not working when required. This makes too much wait time in queue
There are frequent cases of transaction getting completed from payment gateway but hungerbox showing payment failure. The amount is not getting refunded automatically. I have to keep following up credit card for the reversal. Really bad and painful experience.
Linking sodexo is disabled. Either remove the option fully, or fix the feature. An option to remember the last veg/non-veg choice will be helpful, especially for the veg only users who never want to see non-veg options.
Being forced to use this app has to be one of the worst parts of returning to office. 1) The new loading screen flashes so many times while loading, it should come with an epilepsy trigger warning. 2) The app requires so much data bandwidth that it fails to work in the cafetrias, which are typically in a remote corner of building and crammed with hundreds of people. I am able to watch YouTube but this app doesn't work. Given a choice, I'll never use this app. Unfortunately, my hands are tied.
Unable to pay through linked Sodexo card linked through hunger box app after updating the app 3 days ago. Able to see Sodexo card is linked in payments option and appear in the app. But while placing the order, it doesn't list as an payment option. Can someone please fix this issue. Thanks in advance.
This is the worst app where options for payment are less. There is no upi, or credit card. And forcing users to us this especially in office locations. Hope I can give negative rating. These people are saying cash is no value neither are plastic cards. This supports only paytm, Ola wallet, mobiwik, sodexo and phonepe.
Worse experience. Food already paid is finished in the inventory. Not sync with real time. Why do we need an app to pay? Doesn't accept cash. Also the ratio of food quality to the Price range is unacceptable. Companies should try a different vendor.
I am not able to use Sodexo meal vouchers through this app. This issue is open for last 10 days with no solution so far. We are forced to buy food from our digital accountz despite having meal vouchers.
Works well at certain times. In other times, orders get cancelled !! Please, try to fix the glitches, for hassle free user experience!
Sodexo is not enabled as a payment method, seems to be working for some users though. Not sure what else I need to do to get the feature enabled in my app.
Worst experience.order was not delivered on time,there was no communication/ call from anyone.still status was changed as order not collected.
We can't link or use Sudexo!!! Why pay through this app if we can't use SUDEXO card instead pay using Patym or cash?? We don't ask FREE FOOD but this Hunger BOX app is not useful at all but just a waste of time!!!!!
App works decently, but my biggest concern is that Sodexo card can't be added as payment method. If I can't use Sodexo to buy food from canteen, then my opting for Sodexo was pointless.
Being forced to use is really worse as it consumes a lot of time being in the line and it's irritating to be waiting so much and also forced to take a card.
Very bad , to be honest, using this application just for office ,else I would have removed this application the day after installing it , please do the improvement yr ,
While login getting some error occurred, how to get to know what's the issue. Never seen such warning messages even in Worst applications.
Horrible app... Could not order food as the app just does not work. Spoiled the experience of coming back to office completely !
Sometimes its loading page for decades. Can't close the feedback form and which stops me to book my foods again. Developer's please consider this as an incident and make an entry in Jira.
Could you provide option to clear history? Like All-time, 3 months, 1 month, 24hrs etc. Some people don't want their friends and family to know what they are eating.
One of the worst app ever found in App store. Specially when you are forcefully asked to install it after work from office has started.
App sometimes would sign out on its own. SODEXO payment is missing. SODEXO is one of the famous food card for payment and this App doesn't have SODEXO.
One of the worst app, always showing that food too which is not available in cafeteria.
Unlike most of the reviews, worked just fine for us in Amex, never suffered any issues.
1 star : because of privacy of users. Worst app, it collects personal location data all time even when the app is not being used. Keeping in mind right to privacy of Users I have rated it 1 star. IRRITATING apps keep running in the background with unremovable notification like aarogya setu app. Worst in terms of user privacy and users right to not collect data.
To add money in Hungerbox wallet, is there any problem to introduce option of 'BHIM' UPI as I don't use phonepay? It shows that Hungerbox is restricting their self business by blocking channels available to users.
Asks for feedback each time an order is placed, very annoying

Fast and easy app to order a food.
The app works way it should but with a slight problem. Once we place an order and close the app and then when we relaunch the app, a feedback popup comes on asking for a rating of the meal/restaurant partner. This feedback is UNSKIPPABLE. Even after providing a rating, if we refresh the page, the UNSKIPPABLE feedback popup keeps coming over and over again. This spoils the user experience in an otherwise decent app.
