Hungry Howies Pizza

Pizza is great, the app is not. Other pizza apps are a lot easier to use. Here you can't use the back arrow on phone. If you do it closes the whole app, losing all items in the cart. It's annoying when you're almost done ordering. Plus, the break down of your order and the extra charges aren't seen. If you add more toppings than the special has. Even if you have the right amount of toppings, $10.99 L-3 topping charges you $12.98, before the $0.78 tax, WHY?? What's the extra dollar charge?

The app sometimes will exit in the middle of placing an order. You can not view deals or the menu unless you're placing an order. (Which isn't a huge deal because you can just start one and exit out, still annoying) You also have to be logged in before you can really do anything too. So weird lol

Horrible ! No way to type any special requests. Couldn't get confirmation, took 3 times and calling the store. Too many issues. At check out, loaded for 20 minutes, had to redo entire order, didn't know if my order went through twice. It shouldn't take you an hour and phone calls to try to order pizza on the app.

I have never had as many problems with this app as I have had today...I got timed out because of connection issues which I had to redo order twice... then I have a free 2topping med pizza available on my rewards but it will not take the money off for it it keeps putting it as the pick two 6.99 deal and thej wanting me to add another... but no coupon deducted anywhere and because of this issue I had to restart my order 5x everything in cart disappeared I gave up on getting my free pizza!!

The app should have a menu button so you can go directly there to look over the menu instead of having to put in a order beforebi see it. Also the app needs more features and ways to make it more user friendly i cant even change my favorite settings with ease. First time ive used it and my pizza wasnt what it was supposed to be. But the pizza's was on time and they still taste great.

This app is so much better than it used to be! Everything works quickly and correctly, and I no longer had the feeling that if I accidentally touched the wrong spot I would lose all my progress. Thanks for continuing to make this app better. And of course for delicious pizza. 😋

Has a few bugs. Trying to register as a new user and verifying email, it would not verify until I exited the app and reopened it. When entering credit card info, it had an issue with the month.

You have to chose cash as payment if you are picking up, once your order is complete, then it tells you you can pay with card at the store. Just inconvenient. Thought I had to have cash, almost didnt order.

Just not very good. Don't press the back button if you're in the middle of ordering because its going to close the whole app and you're going to have to start all over again. Had to restart my whole phone to get it to work again. Just works whenever it wants to.

It's a good app, but it is definitely inconvenient and infuriating to hit my phone's back button out of habit and it exits our of the app and erases my order. It would be nice if my back button and the apps button worked the same. Other than that? Very convenient.

Erases the order if you leave the page. I feel if I am already logged in, it should save items in my cart, regardless of completion. Otherwise, pizza at your fingertips! Awesome!

Still needs improvement. Delete orders when you press the home button. Unable to continue off where you left off. Forces you to create new orders if you accidentally press home button. App doesn't save items in cart.

It gets the job done, but pretty glitchy. Would be nice if coupons/ deals were easier to apply. And it has the function to remember your favorite orders, but never really seems to work for me. I usually just input my order all again as it is faster than figuring out the app. Thank you for making efforts to improve.

The app looks dated. It's not hard to use, but could be smoother. When selecting toppings, it looks like the toppings are preset. When I try to change them, I can't tell if it actually changed until I look at the pizza in my checkout cart. The food is better than Lttl Seesers, though.

The app seems to hit all the needs for various menu items and even showing options I was unaware of. That said when looking through the vegetable options it is strange to note that currently the mushrooms are missing for both Pizzas and Subs, admittedly I have not checked the other options but that is still a significant mistake given that they obviously offer them. Other than that a good app.

The app does not state the additional cost per line of each added ingredient. When ordering from the website, it does. It's a little sketchy when a company omits itemized cost from their (more than likely) most common form of online ordering to take advantage of the consumer. I also imagine that cheaply using this design on the app was a cost saving measure where the profit went to wealthy corporate employees instead of entry level hourly workers.

Needs some adjusting. Multiple times I naturally click on the back button at the bottom of my screen, as i baturally would on any other app, and it closes the app instead. It's nearly impossible to see back button in white against bright yellow. Either make it black so it can be seen, or get rid of it and use the phones back button.

Some Glitches in the app. I have to open it twice for it to work. It doesn't automatically apply time-based deals like lunch special. Also, if you add an ingredient to an item that normally doesn't come on that item, you have to put "double" instead of "regular". I'm also not sure if it saves named orders to use at a later time. I recommend using it for the first time while you're in the store to see what the employees are receiving for your order. They have fixed the bugs I referenced.

The app keeps asking me to enter my address when I try to go back to the menu.... After adding things to the cart... Which I lose and have to re-enter everything because I hit back to go to the menu but it sent me all the way back.

Usually it's pretty easy to use the app. Once in a while there's a small issue but it doesn't last long and delays are mostly short and barely noticeable to the ordering process itself.

Very frustrating app. Anytime I hit the back button on my android phone the app crashes. When I reopen it the cart is empty again and I have to start from scratch >.<

When ordering delivery, you're limited to 32 characters for special instructions. GPS doesn't properly navigate to our house, so it's pretty essential to give extra info of how to find us.

Very glitchy. If it hangs in the ordering process you have to start over. Also, it only saves your last order instead of an order history.
