App keeps crashing, useless
Very easy to use and also lots of info to help make decisions
Troubled with credit card payment, multiple times.
Still some too busy interface and complicated navigation. But, overall is good.

In the description, they wrote Bangkok and Chiang Mai and have nothing in Chiang Mai. I just installed and register on this app for nothing. Just wasting time with liers. Useless, really not recommended.
The new format is very confusing. I find it more difficult to navigate and make the reservation.
I don't understand why they're not allowed 1 person to eat buffet. If your positioning is about to be the buffet hub, you suppose to make it equality whether 1 people or more.

Honestly, I can't figure out what I am getting if I book a reservation at a restaurant using this app. A discount? How much? When? Anytime? From what to what? "Package"? Points? So far I am seeing a lot of All-You-Can-Eat deals, which aren't usually my thing and never what my Thai girlfriend wants. I added this app thinking it would work as an alternative to eatigo. But unless it is made clearer to me what exactly the deal is for me I doubt I will ever make a reservation through it.
