Multiple Worst Experience! First of all, they often cancel your order even if you already paid. They take 3/4 days to return the money! Also every (I repeat, every) order arrives a lot more than expected. Recently I received two orders one hours late than expected. Also their customer service is a joke. They cannot help you with anything. They even promise to call you to resolve issues you complained about, but never calls back actually. I mean this is the worst experience so far.
Delayed service. Ordered something from a restaurant and they deliverede the food after 3 hours straight. ***It has happened again today on 1st March, 2022. I am so disappointed. Not gonna use this app ever again. Your contemporaries are way ahead. Freeing up space of my phone by deleting an unprofessional food delivery app. Thanks for the lesson.
This is the worst food delivery app on earth. Edit: Now they improved a lot. Edit: Now they have become worse again. Can't place order with cash on delivery. If trying to verify mobile number, otp never comes. And if mobile number is not verified, cash on delivery can't be placed. What a joke!
Hungrynaki used to be fast and reliable. But now 1. They stopped giving delivery to some places which they used to do before like Keraniganj. 2. The delivery is super slow and often increases the time limit from 20 to 40 to sometimes 1 hour. 3. Orders are cancelled mutiple times when payed with a credit card. Their performance is just not upto the mark. So not recommended at all!!
The app is one of the buggiest I have used. It is slow and doesn't respond well. It NEVER lets me login with my phone number because it never sends the code. When I ordered today and wanted "cash on delivery", it said to verify phone number. When I tried that, it said "number already in use" 😐 that's very inconvenient. The map should show the rider's position as well. Overall, it needs to be faster and requires a ton of improvements. Some issues need to be fixed ASAP.
Really faulty and buggy app. I cannot believe that if the restaurant doesn't have an item they phone you, cancel the order and make you reenter the order. Just send the items you have or give the option to cancel in the app. There should not be any phone call required!
Worst app experience ever with a food delivery app. Sometimes their app doesn't take order even I click multiple times to confirm the order, nothing happens. This is frustrating. Also they don't have any complain service I'm the app to report any issue about the order. Totally inconvenient. Edit: Their customer service is very poor. If you complain, they will say that "our tram couldn't reach you", even though nobody calls. I would suggest to stay away from their disappointing service.
Best food delivery service ever! They deliver warm food door to door in the shortest possible time. As well as the delivery men are well behaved. Furthermore, the promo codes are amazing. Not to mention they provide discount on paying via Bkash! Very satisfied with their service! I prefer no other food delivery service over HungryNaki🖤🖤🖤
Worst service ever..on the first day they informed me that the food was not available after 50 min of placing the order...& they takes a lot of time to deliver even in a short distance... Never using it anymore 1st edit:- anyway.. I made a order but the food was rotten & there was a insect in the food..i informed them with enough proof..but they are soo careless about this kind of issues..disgusting app ever..
I never get my orders accepted at first chance. Always takes two or more orders. Uninstalled 3times but no other apps has home delivery service in khilkhet.So I've kept it in case. Not at all satisfied.
Cannot even cancel an order and the ETA keeps increasing. Customer support unresponsive. Uninstalling this unprofessional service, and I will make sure to return the order when delivered!
Very dissatisfied with their service.Firstly,HungryNaki is very slow.Secondly, they cancelled my order for road issues.I have no complaints against their cancellation, but they informed me after more than 1 hour of my order confirmation. It’s disgusting.
I only used it twice. I was delivered late the first time and for the second time I had to wait 3 hours for them to let me know that they have cancelled by order. They have failed to meet the standard of any food delivery service.
Firstly, they Don't follow any time management. Secondly, Most of the time they cancel their order after taking money. Their delivery man says that i can't go to your area..please come this place or talk to the office..Finally i have never seen such type of valueless apps..
This app is an absolute nightmare!! Worst user experience!! Tons of error, cart goes blank time to time, keeps on loading forever and what not!! Tried for an hour to place an order but lost hope afterwards. Had to order from Foodpanda because of this horrible experience. Please fix your app and server, otherwise I no reason why the users will be using your app.
This app simply doesn't work. The map shows one address although I select another so the miscommunication with the delivery person causes nuisance between both parties. Also can't add new card from online payment option. Is there even a developer who's working and fixing bugs. I used to support this app simply because it's local. But I'll probably move to foodpanda or other services.
Worst experience with refund . They gave me hn credit as my order was cancelled. But now the problem is I can't order with hn credit if the price is lower than my credit .I think this is a technical bug which should be fixed .and The person from customer care also confuse about that and I also doesn't get reply from your fb page when I texted about my problem with photo .
Updated 11/1/2022 - apps and discount offer is quite good but delivery timing extremely poor. Always delay more than 70-80% order. Your apps does not work properly. Sometimes it just loading and stuck in App opening screen forever. Even your website also has issues. I have just uninstalled your qpps and started to order from Foodpanda apps.
Bad service. Late delivery. No way to cancel order even if they are getting late.Hardly can order in time.Foodpanda is way more better even it cost some Extra.
The app isn't working at all. Nothing is loading. The app is stuck on front interface.
After starting the app, you'll see lots of reataurants and each restaurant have many items online. But once you place the order, they'll call you and tell you that the item you've ordered is not available so they can't deliver it. And I highly recommend never to order anything on pre payment because the chance is 50-50 for getting the order delivered and if the order gets cancelled, the refund will take forever to take place.
overall pretty good app with the best discounts and offers in all the online food delivery market however there are still some huge flaws, one thing is this very annoying thing where the order menu shows the meal is still being prepared even though the rider is on the way to deliver and the map doesn't even show where the rider is and that is annoying because other delivery apps do show it.
the worst app ever. I assure my order. They said it will take 45 mins. but the called after a few mins I could't response they cancell my order and took my money also bad app
Good app, sometimes it hangs and it has some weird scrolling glitches too. Feature request: Please add an in-app messaging option for contacting the rider via internet, like Foodpanda. And if possible, an in-app call option for better communication with the rider via internet.
I love this app. Through this, i can get 50% discount on my first order which is incredible.And Their behaviour is admirable and I am fully satisfied.
The worst app and the worst experience I have ever had. Got my order delivered after almost 3 hours! The restaurant had taken 2 hours of time to prepare my food and the delivery man was roaming all around the dhaka city with my order for 1 hour! And there was an offer from Hungrynaki of a free Fruto Drink with every order and after waiting for 3 hours, the drink was not delivered with the order! If I can rate it -5 I definitely would.
