Hunting Gps Maps w/ Property Lines, Topos & Trails

The UI is a bit clunky and the land parcels are a bit out of date. However, for a basically free app, this app has loads of features and is extremely useful. I highly recommend

Very nice, I really don't know how accurate the various serveyers did when placing their pins and posts, so it's up in the air as to how accurate the gps is, or how this app compares to other similar ones, before they're paid versions.

Update; was told it was a 1 time fee. Got charged again. Landowners are way out of date. People on my street moved 5 years ago, still showing their names. Installed a different app, landowners name is correct. So far so good! It appears that it's very accurate for boundaries. I've only used it for about a week. I'll update if anything changes! Knocked down to 4 stars. Map is glitchy for some reason. Still like it.

Map colors make it very difficult to see roads, no other base maps to use on the free version, and the land owner data is at least a year old. I'm going to try a different map app that does have more options and up to date data. Edit: With the developers help I did locate the base map under settings. Still does not help with the outdated land owner data. This one isn't for me.

I used this occasionally to make sure I was hiking public land. One day I turned it on and there's simply nothing there. I understood the free version to be ONE area rather than the whole country. There is nothing stating it's a limited time app. Since I travel and was happy with this, I likely would have purchased a fuller version. Since I feel lied to, I will look elsewhere. Neither can I recommend this to my nephew just asked for my experience. I cannot comment on how current the info was.

I like this app. Seems to be relatively accurate. My only issue is I wish it had satellite map resolution instead of the generic format. Unless I'm missing something, but I've looked in setting to change the map..

Terrible without satellite view. Doesn't even show bodies of water. Horrendous app. So close to being useful, but not. edit: Nevermind, it's just really unintuitive which is also a reason not to use it.

I purchased 5-state pro version in April 2020 through Google play. It worked okay despite many land tracts not being listed or displaying dated information. The worst occurred when I purchased a new phone in September and the app doesn't acknowledge the purchase even though I haven't experienced this problem with any other paid apps. I contacted the company and still no reply....

I had land deals 18 months ago, still doesn't show up. Owner Info is not up to date, so renders this app useless. Similar apps DO show proper land owners. BTW, I did pay for full version. Now it has been over 2 years, and this app is still not up to date! Totally worthless! How can I trust anything shown here?

The price has gotten ridiculous so now onx has better features for the price...the low price was what set them apart, it sure wasn't the refined user interface...now with the increase, I'd rather pay onx and have satellite imagery and a better user interface...

I downloaded this app and added a bunch of waypoints then a week later was told I would have to pay to view them. Mad that I couldn't see my waypoints I spent so much time putting in I paid for it. Then I got a new phone a week later and lost all of my waypoints again because they don't actually give you an account or connect anything to your email. Asked for a refund and they never replied.

Wasted time and effort by giving this app a try. We are rockhounding and this app won't tell me which property we are camped on at the moment, nor does it tell us any information on the area nearby that we are trying to find out the owner of. No option or layer choice to enable this neither. Deleting asap and going back to the good old onX app. Bye bye

Maps are not correct property lines are not even correct owners names are not right... I looked up my own property and it had someone who owned it over 12 years ago and it didn't even have the property lines right and the land next to mine had the previous owners who bought theirs way after I did... So no use in even keeping this app if it's not correct...

land lines are fairly close on the maps but not exactly accurate either. I've tracked my property lines that I'm positive of and land lines are off by a few yards. close enough that I still use this app though.

I needed this app for hunting and so far I love it. I can download areas and use offline.This is important so I keep up with the property lines. I also am not limited on how many properties I look up like other apps. Great job!

It didnt give me enough download land ownermaps to even try it out or enough directions on what it does or how it works . From what i did get to do on it the maps dont have enough detail on roads and didnt like the zoom on it

This app works great. Used it to walk some land I was interested in buying. Showed me the boundary lines perfect. Great for hunting also. 5 stars if free version had satellite views.

Good app. I use it mostly to find land boarders and owners. Very handy when camping in the boon-docks doing some prospecting for making sure you are on BLM land. Where I like to go there is ALOT of national park land, along with preserves, and land trusts things like that. This map tells you who owns the land And what is avaialble to legally hunt with the proper permits that is. Purchased the $30 package and havent recieved it. Its a very confusing process not sure if i go to the website or what.

So we have 80 Acres yet showing and easement going through our property there is no legal access through the property and no recorded easements with the county as I do work for them and have recorded my land no easements other than from the forest service rd...note to self not good for AZ..someone needs to make sure this is TOTALLY accurate. I love the layout and ease but seriously make sure this is updated.

Good app, but when buying maps you have to repurchase the maps when you load the app on the new phone. I had a defective phone 6 months after purchasing phone and had to reload app and purchase the maps again.

Satellite images and property owner info 5-7 years outdated in my area and I paid for the app, I'd expect poor info from a free app but not a paid one. Customer service will never reply to any emails. Very unhappy with this app.

It's great for what I need so far. Excellent job. I do wish that it offered more free layers like satellite or hybrid image but it's great for free.

The tech support is very prompt and responsive. We had some trouble with the GPS. Prompt response from tech support had us up and running.

This app is great with one exception. I paid them for the Pro update through MY VERIZON ACCOUNT! AND now they wont let me use it anymore for free? Until I pay them again? I contacted them weeks ago and no reply. Dont pay them they are internet theives. I gave them every chance to help me and no reply.

I deleted 4 apps to get this one. I liked it but found that it was not accurate on property boundaries. Not sure if it was due to only having 2 bars of signal.

Can't use the locate button on gps without upgrading, the map starts presumably at the office of the developer. You'd be better off hunting from Google maps.
