App will not properly work on my phone because my phones is a newer android the app is to be updated and that's what the app is telling me.
Love this app it's so much more convinante and it's easy to use and it has everything aperson would need to know witheasy access
Worked great before. Now is unstable on Android 10. Needs updating.

Normally a great app for paying my bill. Broken login on Android 10 Pixel 3.

Couldn't even get registered
I can pay my bill and see usage and everything. But it doesn't save my login information and all the usage history and bills have to be downloaded as PDFs. I don't want a bunch of files cluttering my downloads folder. Also typing in my password AND login each time defeats the convenience of an app. They need to implement a 4 digit pin or something else to unlock the app.
Some dispatching error but the app wont even open for my family and I.
This app messed up my payment terrible app. Do not recommend.
App is easy to use. I just do not understand why there is a fee to make a payment.
Originally the app was very useful and convenient but now all I receive is an error page, even with constant deleting and re-downloading the app
Took me forever to set up and account and won't let me make a payment, I keep getting error messages. Easier just to call and pay by phone.

Actually like this app, the only complaint I have is there is no way to store login info, but even then I can see why there wouldn't be one. Handy way to pay the bill, would recommend.
