Very good platform, but not that good app. Endless stream of useless non-disableable listing/promotion notifications on the same channel where price alerts and p2p messages are. Very high CPU usage, drains battery Very quickly. Please optimise it. And last but not least, it shows full screen ad for 3s Every time I switch to the app, even if it wasn't fully closed. For example when I switch from my banking app to re-check p2p amount, it displays an ad to me. Very annoying.

Like the latest small changes in ui..but home screen should be reorganized for better experience..so many unwanted things needs to be removed from there...and candle chart ui can be better than this (seems little bit old). Also when using candle chart for few minutes phone heating up (battery drain also) pretty fast ,even in flagship phones which is not seen in other exchange's apps.It needs to be fixed.

Something wrong with trading bot, transaction happen for once after setting, but not functioning afterwards, even though it enough for buy or sell. Second is battery draining from 100% to 0% within 2 hour while using the app. Third is the 3sec ads, what the purpose of that?

Great app. However when clearing notifications from the notification bar the app will open, which is extremely annoying. This only started happening recently was fine before a few weeks ago.

I am not giving any star for now.. as good as this app is, the verification is the problem.. how could they relied and only option is ID camera capture? Which could be blurry.. as in mostly blurry, the details are not clearly seen both front and back.. not all cameras can handle this, even if there is one? It can never be as scanned copy with scanner machine.. options should be available to upload clear scanned copies.. otherwise, there will be alot of verification problems.

I found the popup adverts that would not close on this app (advertising more currencies?) frustrating. It's not user friendly and I found it a little glitchy (both the app and website). Support docs are out of date. It also registered me in the wrong country (doesn't even ask for country when you register!) and now I cannot verify my account or change the country. Support is non existent - just a dumb little bot. I managed to do the trade I needed but I won't using this exchange again.

Super convenient will with huobi for all your needs in crypto. its the best way also to buy brand new coins that are just starting out since they arnt listed on large exchanges yet. the only issue I have is when trying to buy crypto such as BNB, it often times won't let you purchase the first time and you have to retry constantly to go through on a transaction. it made me think at first the app was broken but it worked eventually.

Awesome exchange graphics. I love this game. This trading game is addictive. The graphics are amazing, the good gameplay is exciting, the mission scenes can be repetitive at times but it's not a dull moment because it's so challenging! There are countless gear combinations and selections to choose from for currencies. Yes, it game requires you to pay for investment and other essential items to progress in the game, but I promise you that you will not complaint once you start playing it. Thanks Huobi app.

Ads at every start, notifications all day long that can't be removed in settings, weird UI rework and worst of all, no more online chat service... Was a great app 1 year ago but now, moving funds to kucoin.

Your app is too slow, when trying to open the app it consumes lots of data, and I find it difficult to get verified due to how slow and data consuming it is.... Binance is far better than your app, pls fix it..

The Assets section in the app doesn't show assets. Very annoying since I cant check up on my portfolio anymore, just doesnt feel safe not knowing if my funds are secure or not. +half off the app is now in chinese... Also there has been no feedback from the support team.

The team need to improve. Verification (kyc) is really difficult. Couldn't verify and also kept on rejecting the verification. The process isn't user friendly. After going through that. To find its not supported on my country. Stupid app

Have been using this apps for years I have no single issue with them and their customers service is very active and okay... But just wondering how some foolish customers are complaining about this apps..They complain that they are having issue with verifying I'd card, it's a lie I verify my own once and they complain that the apps do log out and that's a lie too I love your apps and I will urge you to keep it up.

Hello Huobi... There are few suggestions I have. The typing User experience for this app is Bad. it waste time a lot. On your app my phones Keypad auto-correction is disabled. I don't know why this is so. You need to improve the notification system for the app too. It should have an SMS notification, when P2P orders are opened P2P users shoukd be able to call each other. During an appeal, A user should be able to release asset when they have confirmed receipt of funds.

Most used trading app by me , it brings many campaigns , competitions which are great, but what i hate about this are the pop ups after opening the app,these are very annoying, sometimes × button works , sometimes it doesn't and if it doesn't work you have to close the app and open again,also while changing the coin pair in spot trading it feels like it stucked after entering any keyword,this need to be fixed , overall Huobi is great.

the app is excessively charging almost 30% from each token you buy even when they give rewards you can not receive it. imagine charging 30$ commission from 100$. its very terrible one they need to change. other services are good.
