I love this app , and it has most of my self care needs for cheaper than they generally are at the store or at other online stores . I loveee that it has free shipping as well ! I do , although , wish that the search function worked a little better ? If you look up a certain brand it still puts in things that aren't related to that brand , but have that word in the title and it shows the pictures so tiny ! Other than that , I love the app and its functionality is pretty good !

I've been quite pleased with an my items, i had one missing item from my previous order but haven't heard anything about that but the other times I've contacted customer support, they've been fantastic! The missing item was right before Christmas so my email may have gotten lost in the shuffle. Prices are fantastic, palettes are rich but you don't have to be!

i like this app. always seem to have some difficulty in placing order and having it go through the first time. it usually generates an error about my shipping address and i have to try a couple more times before having success at placing my order. this happens with the app and also their website. it can be frustrating.

Love this app! Has a nice mix of affordable and higher end products. Free shipping for any amount of you order through the app! I have had 2 products not work out for me and the customer service was amazing! Quick to reply and resolve the issue. Love that! The only thing I would like to see is reviews on the individual products when you click on them. You get a description but that's it. It would be nice to be able to see what others thought of the item before purchase.

I absolutely love this app. It has a lot of stuff on it from makeup to skincare and even organizers and free shipping! The only issues I have it that we can't review anything, which sucks because I love to read reviews about the products I'm thinking of spending money on. The other issue is the point system does kind of suck, but honestly hush doesn't have to do that so I'm not going to complain to much about it. All in all a really good app that you can buy lots of stuff on.

I use to shop on this app all the time but now it wont even let me open it it stays on the loading screen for 10+ minutes I have not been able to open it in months. Have deleted and reinstalled several times It was really going downhill anyway, nothing would ever be in stock, they messed up the last 3 orders I'd tried to place, and they changed to a point system that didnt reward you very well at all.

Had this app for months and I had finally decided to purchase some stuff they had on "sale." However, when I went to check out the cost for what I wanted didn't add up. At the time it was free shipping and I had an additional discount code. With all that, the products still cost more to buy than they should have, even with tax added. I ended up not buying anything. I couldn't use the app without there being some sort of issue for months. I ended up uninstalling, it wasn't worth the space to keep.

I had an easy time on the app. I only give it 3 stars because most things were sold out or it would say that things were still in stock and I would click on them and it would be sold out! *Update: After I made this review it was another 6 days before a received an email telling me that the items I ordered had been shipped and it's now 3 days past that and the items are still not here and I also can't track it. When I do it says that the package is still waiting for the shipping label

Love the selection, lesser known brands but good quality eyeshadows. Only downside is you are required to add a credit card to place orders - there is no way to remove it yourself aside from directly contacting the company ..which means they deliberately designed it that way. If you have issues with impulse buying I wouldnt recommend it unless you are going to take the time to have your card removed after placing orders.

Broken and annoying to navigate. Crashes constantly when changing profile photo. No option to filter out "sold out" products (and most of their stock says sold out) or by prices. It could use a better divide between the social media and the commerce parts. I like the company, but the app sucks and doesn't make me want to shop.

while I would love to be able to see reviews of products within the app, you can do your research elsewhere. the only app I know where you earn credits just by logging in daily! suggestion: once item is in shopping cart, allow customers to click on the item to check out the details of the product. otherwise great app. fast free shipping on some bargain prices! update: clicking on search results gives me the message oops something went wrong! can't access any search results since latest update

easy check out. I had an issue with my package being stolen. they worked with me the entire way. my orders have been correct, and I am extremely happy. the App is not working. I updated and yet it keeps asking me to update. I uninstalled and reinstalled, but still not working.... that is frustrating!

I love this app, I love the makeup on this app, the shipping is quick. The issue that I have is with the social media portion. I have the galaxy s9 and it doesn't allow me to see everything that someone posts, if what they write is too long. Also if I comment on someone's post and they reply, there is no notification for their reply, so I can't see it

I LOVE this app! I enjoy being able to search for items as well as click on the different categories of items. My favorite thing about Shop Hush is they carry well known brands(like E.L.F. and Pacifica) as well as brands not very accessible to me in the U.S. (like W7 and Innisfree). They've been having huge sales lately, and I'm a bit scared they might be closing. I sure hope not, as I've been an avid fan of the company and the app.

Used to love this app because of the makeup and the points added up nicely, even though they added up slowly. Now the app barely has updated palletes, always is slow and doesn't load properly, says it needs an updated and therefore i cant open it, but when I go to update it there is no updates available. Havent been able to use it in months. When i was able to use it months ago, the daily points were sooo low. I was lucky to get anything more than one point a day. Sad and disappointing, really.

For anyone trying to use the app as of recently, i know about 6 months ago, maybe longer, they advertised about shutting down permanently and/or revamping it. I had gotten two palettes for cheap cheap then, with sales and discounts i paid nothing for them... So i came back to redownload it and see how it was. But recent ratings saying it no longer works tells me they must have shut down permanently. I would not download this app for those trying, as it does not run or sale anything anymore.

I love this app. It has awesome deals on makeup and daily reward point system is awesome. It sucks that it has only 1 point a day 80% of the time, so it takes FOREVER to build them up. But it's still FREE MONEY so I'm grateful for it! I bought the "after palette bundle" 6 palettes originally $72 on sale for $48 then I used$20 in hush points (free money) so I only paid $28 for 6 amazing palettes. I'm so excited and can't wait to receive them! Oh and the best part ab the app is FREE SHIPPING on any dollar amount, what other company offers that?

Pretty smooth app. Aside from my favorites being out the prices are good and the items suggested look nice. will update review after getting items. Edit: I took away a start because of the fact that you can't go back and review your order you made. like if you go on the app and click my order you cant look at the details. Yes they send you an email but you cant dispute the change in process because you can't look at your order details

Havent been on hush in a few months, they got rid of the FREE SHIPPING+NO MINIMUM on their app, almost EVERYTHING is sold out, and when something isn't it gives an "Ops something went wrong!" message(when probably means discontinued). I wish I would've gotten back on when it was still good. Even though I have so much hush money in rewards it doesnt make it free shipping like it would before. Just a shame! :( I'm trying to use the rest of my rewards to make it actually worth it then I'm done.

the app offers a LOT of makeup brands and a huge variety of everything you could ever need for makeup, skincare, hair and nails. there are constantly sales which makes things even mlre affordable. i had to take a star away for lack of user friendliness. its hard to just shop by brand and it iant the easiest to use.

I have only ordered once before, bit it shipped very quickly, arrived very well packed and undamaged. I was extremely pleased. My only real complaint with the app itself is that you can't put something in your cart and then look at the close-up pics and description info again while in the cart to decide between things in your cart.

I previously used hush many months ago & had a great experience got great deals & free items. Decided to re-download recently & the app will not open at all, & just gives an error message stating the app is currently unavailable. I waited days for the app to become working again thinking it. ay be under maintenance or something but, it never came back into working order so I deleted it from my phone.

I'm so sad bc it looks so fun but it just won't LOAD! It just says it's taking longer to get up then usual. I've tried everything like re-downloading, restarting , and turning my wifi off and on again. Please help! I really want to try it!! Edit: even with the new update it doesnt work! Please fix this!!

wouldn't accept my login information suddenly so i had to make a new account. that wasnt the worst, just annoying. but now i cant even buy anything. at checkout it wont save my email, address, or payment information. i restarted my phone, checked everything was up to date, logged in, logged out, and everything the help center said to try. there are some good products and prices, but its not worth the time having to fight to get the app to work.

The app is simple to use and there are tons of great products. I would like the icons for the pages/sections to be more indicative of what you see when opening, and that the app auto opened to the store instead of news feed

Love this app. Very easy to use and navigate thru. Great affordable makeup options for those looking to save some coin. It appears that most of the inventory is low or sold out. Hopefully this doesnt mean they are going out of business but Im happily awaiting my purchases.

Shipping is always free!! Theres always good promos and you can get name brand for discount prices. Perfect for the makeup obsessed, such as myself. Could be a couple improvements as far as the website navigation, but otherwise simple and easy to shop 💜

Now that the search feature has been added, it's much easier to use. Unfortunately their rewards program is slowly dying and will soon be killed off. Make an order while you can to use up what points you have saved up.

I love the makeup and the prices and the potential for deals and stuff. My only problem with the app is that I can't delete the payment information once i put it in. Other than that though, the app is great and I'm surprised it doesn't have more recognition.

there are some pros to this app & some cons. When I first got the app, it said for your daily login rewards you had a chance to get up to 50 points, which made you want to log in. Soon after it changed. Now I recieve only 1 point everyday which is as exciting. Another thing that changed was that they had more affordable products and then all of the sudden I noticed they were selling high end brands and other products that werent so affordable. over All I have mixed feelings about it.
