I really really would love some updates to the app! It crashes often and possibly add some help uploading a .png or .svg and making that .vp3 husqvarna compatible.
It would be of great help for everyone if they could put older models in like Ruby DeLuxe etc. Those customers like to be looked after too. I still have a Platinum 770 which I kept after buying my Ruby. So please Husqvarna look after your longstanding customers as well, not just the new ones. There aren't that many wealthy people around now with the Covid pandemic.
I don't know what this is supposed to do but it refised to stay connected, dropped all my info, and loops right back to the tutorial page. Waste of time.
it says i have no machines online but ive registered b4 and it worked now it doesnt. very frustrated! it would let me know when my embroidery thread needed changing or when done and now it doesnt!!

I use this all the time. It is easy and makes me more confident in my sewing. It reassures me that I am following the correct steps.
unable to log in...forgot password and can't find a place to reset so I can't access the app
No matter how many times i tried to register, it would no accept my created password.
Horrid, won't let me change the password I have long forgotten!
So much fun! Works with both my EPICS, 980Q and the EPIC sewing/embroidery machine. Perfect!

The commentors who are saying this app is not notifying them when their machine needs attention are mistaken. This app is only for the built in tutorials on the Viking wifi enabled machines. The app that notifies them about the current status of their machine is a SEPARATE app called MySewMonitor. This is a fabulous app and I am so happy for the work that has been put into creating it for us!
