Allows firmware updates and konfiguration (at the moment only setting of customtext) of Heinrichsweikamp OSTC divecomputers.

Supported divecomputers:
All HeinrichsWeikamp OSTC divecomputers with HWOS firmware and bluetooth.
-OSTC 2 (new)
-OSTC Sport
-OSTC 3 (April 2015 and later)
-OSTC plus

The App is ok, but the HW dive computer and the HW service related to the poor design equipment is bad.
