Hyakume ("Hundred Eyes") is an IP Video Client/Server app that lets you view and record the MJPEG video from a wide variety of network cameras (security, surveillance, doorbell, webcams, traffic, weather, etc).
If you have IP cameras in your home or business and a spare Android device, you can operate Hyakume as a dedicated Relay Server to access them remotely and securely from anywhere, anytime with phones and tablets.
Hyakume supports ten Camera Lists and 100 Camera entries. Create separate Lists for the various locations you take your phone/tablet.
You can add Camera entries manually, or by using the Camera Discovery tool, which locates the ONVIF-compatible IP cameras on your local network.
You can record video and capture snapshot images. The saved video and image files can be reviewed in the app, and uploaded for archiving and sharing.
The Relay Server includes the optional Web Client module, which allows remote Camera viewing with desktop/mobile web browsers.
