Has everything I expect from a travel app. most others are slow and don't give you what you need in a simple manor. Plus, the Hyatt hotels have never let me down.
Unable to login via app. Credentials work fine via web login. I did reset password in case there was some weird issue but still no joy. Uninstaller, reinstalled, cleared data and cache.. says my information doesn't match..... Useless
Gold standard for hotel apps. The other chains should just drop theirs and copy Hyatt. Easy to make and change reservations, see details about my stay, and (I don't understand why others don't do this) see almost real-time any room charges during my stay.
Hyatt is not trustworthy and the app lacks usefull communication features. They specifically confirmed that I would be refunded and not charged after canceling an accidental reservation. An hour later they ADDED a charge to my card! Hyatt House Tampa. Calling was a waste. They blamed me for the fact that whoever confirmed the cancelation didn't leave notes in the normal place. Somehow this is my fault?
Gave it only 3 stars because the chromecast connection never works. I've never been able to actually use it .
Hyatt app getting better and better - now surpasses that 'other large chain' app with options and info. Now if they could show me how to use my suite upgrades. . .
Perfect app for exploring and booking. Runs smoothly and I love using the map to look around at all the hotels when planning a vacation.
Terrible app. Doesn't recognize my email, account number or password. Even after I verified via email my account information. It can not be used to Check In & is worthless.
The TV in my hotel says I can Chromecast through the app which is all ads and booking information. I've wasted enough of my time
Using the World of Hyatt app is simple and a breeze. Staying at the Hyatt Long Beach is always pleasurable.
Hyatt has been the best decision for my family with our travel needs. Membership brings incredible perks, as well with many brands with unique atmospheres. We have a genuine appreciation for the Hyatt and their brands!
very nice hotel, however the lack of food choices and need to include more ice machines available for guests, one is not enough....but nice rooms
Love the app. It's convenient, and easy to use. Especially when i don't have time to call. I travel quite a bit for work so, having the convenience of this app has helped tremendously. When i signed into the app and set all my preferences, its automatic each time i book. The hotel's either meet or beat my expectations, and the beds are comfy too. Thanks Hyatt for making my traveling experiences stress-free and easy.
Great app with a great looking, smooth and easy to navigate interface. Nearly everything you could want in a hotel app. The only issue I've had was sometime within the past 2 weeks the keyless entry "floating key" has disappeared from my app and I haven't been able to get it back even after doing a reinstall. It was working great until then and the hotel says everything on their end is still setup properly. It's a great feature and any advice would be greatly appreciated.
App basic functionality works fine. But this app claims to do above and beyond stuff. I would say it falls short of keeping those greater promises made. Chromecast to your TV for example. This would be a cool feature, but doesn't really function that I could prove. I cast at home often and with ease. This doesn't appear to be the case in the hotel.
I'm a Lifetime Diamond (yes, Globalist - seriously WORST name ever for premier traveler), the Hyatt website has never been great but the app is pathetic. It only works correctly about half of the time, it doesn't offer the most important features to business travelers, and DEMANDS you update the app from time to time. Inevitably when you don't have the time or the bandwidth. For instance, getting into a cab in Madrid and I couldn't even open the app to get the hotel address but I could see in the background the hotel info (covered by the demand to upgrade). Hyatt service has consistently slid downhill for several years, this app is more of that...
Excellent app for an excellent hotel chain. All my info is readily available; past and future stays, points balance, rewards, etc.
Love this app! So easy to use and very easy to contact Hyatt or hotel for help! I also love being able to see all the different places in the US and around the world through the app! I've found places that are very close to places I already visit and would have never know about them other than seeing them on here. Places ranging from cheaper, to more convenient, to palaces and have tried many! The app also gives you good insight as to how the hotels really look and all they provide! Great App!

Neither the website nor this app have an option to add a reservation to your calendar. Really?
Easy to find hotels, sort by award category for points, and book. The only thing we'd like to see changed, and I'm not sure if this is on the hotel side or the app side, is that every time we booked (7 times in the last week during our road trip) we requested a crib and not once was there a crib for us. We always had to ask again at front desk and they never appeared to have known ahead of time that we wanted one. I even tried writing it in as a comment and checking the box for a crib.
Works quick and consistently, im not too techy, and makes sense to me how it works. also very quick with very little downtime. I find it to be my only real need for contacting the properties or globalist line. I even show employees that have reservations question in the elevator the correct info. have not had any problems and again, I don't use too many apps. I say Well Done!
app works great when logged in but logs me out repeatedly after switching to another app

The app is great, love having key entry with the phone, made check out easy and booking new vacations too. Also provides great info about each resort.
It's the perfect link for my Hyatt account. It gives me wifi access and a virtual key to my room at most properties. It's the quality I except from Hyatt.
Keyless entry only works if you book 48 hours in advance, and only then at a few hotels that will send the key when the room is ready, most make you physically check in to get the digital key, which defeats the purpose of a digital check in, their tech is way behind Hilton in terms of checking into the app and going straight to your room when it's ready.
