The app just opens the browser. Silly. The app is pointless. Somewhat like emailing customer service. Pointless. Like having this plan. Pointless when you can't use it. Nobody wants to return messages 👍
Don't bother... It just opens a browser to their website. Ironically, you still get ads on their website to install this app when you used the app to get there. The app developers have delusions of usefulness.
All it does when it starts is open a link to your browser to login to the legal plan page. Hasn't been updated since 2013. Waste of space.
Does not work. Even though they advertise on the website to us the application. Huge waste of space, advertising money, and time!
This is an app that opens a hyperlink in your browser for the Hyatt website. it has no other functionality. It should never have been approved for the google app store.
This app literally just opens up a web page that pops up ads to download the app. It does not work at all
Should have been a one star. Then i figured that some people may want a desktop bookmark to their regular internet site. Seriously, i can find no other function for the app.
Only Update *7 YEARS ago*! No app. Useless link > mobile site. Same c/b done by creating mobile desktop shortcut. We should TRUST them w/ LEGAL issues? :-(
It is literally a link. You click on the app icon and it takes you to their website to browse. Should have listened to the other reviews. Smh
Rip off ...can never get a lawyer in my area. They give you out of plan lawyers and most of them never return your call. I cancelled plan. App is also messed up. STEER CLEAR!!

Sorry, I got stuck in an infinite loop thinking about the ridiculousness of this app. In 2019, I never expected to see something this lazy from a business. I knew college students with full fledged apps. You can pay one of them $20k to build one..
