does not always connect to DVR, get network config error. works sometime using a DNS name. fails to connect when connected to same lan as dvr. using cms software always works. seems to be related to the may update. 5.31.2020 The problem was traced to the Netgear router not opening the port needed to communicate with the DVR. I changed to a linksys router, same as used by security vendor, all connections issues were resolved.

When viewing playback, the time is off by 1hr even though I select the time I want. No update to the app since early 2019. Please update the app to give capability to set default camera views, 1, 4, 9 or 16 cameras upon opening the app.

No connection to zosi dvr

I have a Samsung note 4, updated to 2.3.1 and when I click to view the individual screen it turns to infrared and cannot see anything. Wish I hadn't updated, now I cannot review cameras when away from my business!

I wish I have a PC version of this...

I really liked this app and have been using it on my phones and tablet and pc however on one of my phones the thumbnail video shows up but when I click on an individual camera it looks infrared someone left a review saying it was from the update??? Is there any way to fix this as I really need to see this on my phone. I have went as far as buying a new phone thinking it was my phone having problem but the new one is doing same thing. HELP! I emailed person but have gotten no help yet. I would change it to 5 stars if it was working again. UPDATE: I researched the problem and finally fixed it. I uninstalled this updated version and searched for older versions of it and downloaded the version right before this one which is like 2.3.0 or something as the updated version is causing the problem. Finally got it back to working NO THANKS to any of the software developers or anyone!!! Once the software company realizes this mistake and fixes it in the update then I might change my ratings to a 5 as otherwise I like the app
