Hydraulic CALC
Version Information : 2.40

❚ ABOUT
This application was developed mainly to provide a swift access to a variety of formulas, theories and coefficients related to hydraulics for civil engineers, especially working in the field of water supply and sewage system.

Every single formula in the program was employed with meticulous care, but as errors might exist, subsequent examinations are recommended.

The accuracy of the program will be continually updated as well as the types of formulas provided.

Dear developer, as in my earlier contribution, I thankfully use this app for my work. I therefore want to draw your attention to some other mistakes. Knowing that you gladly use our feedback to make it better: 1. Side slope "z" input has to be switched, it is reversed in your Manning formula (Open Channels) 2. Can we set the standard roughness coefficient on Chow? 3. Please let the input screens memorize the latest. Now it resets every time which is not handy if you're busy with trail and error.

Compliments! But please check a major bug in the Hazen-Williams calculations of the 'Area of Flow'. Due to this error the HW Discharge formula shows incorrect results. Velocity is comparable with Darcy-Weisbach formula, but Flow rate of HW is complete out of sink with DW. Please check. . .... . Update: Thank you for correcting. I upgraded my review therefor to 5 stars. .... Please also check: 1) D(m) = hydraulic radius/diameter? (...) 2) Possible addition of Water Storage 3) Add Pump curves
