Hype Text - Type Animated Text & Mojo Story Maker

Been a very helpful tool, but would like to see if they can add more to their catalog. I use this all the time for work, so it can get a bit stale when it isn't updated often. Specifically add more captions that lend to trending platforms. Also, it would be nice if you could add more than 10 captions and save drafts to the app instead of it restarting every time I open it. I would use it more if it did!

Product did not live up to its description and you are actually very limited in terms of what you can do with the text animations. For example, they did not specify that you can only include a certain amount of text animations per video (10) even after buying a subscription. I pointed this out to the developers and they refused to refund me. Very disappointing -- would not recommend this app for anyone into serious video making.

Honestly, I've been looking for this app but the app is different on every device, sometimes you just can't find it if you didn't save it on options games....anyway. great versatility great options and features.....it's a combination of a few apps I own but them all in one, I almost never give 4 stars but the free seven day free option sold it and besides I'm Goin to want to pay for the extras anyway. Good app

Terrible. I have been using this app for about 3 weeks now and it was working just fine, but now when I load the text options, my words get cut in half, as if it can't find the word SUNDAY into one single sentence. That was strike 1. Now, when I resize my text and save, this app resizes my font and animation back to the original size when I first selected it. So disappointing considering I was getting a lot of people interested in how I was adding these effects to my Instagram stories. Shame.

It's really cool, lots of features, decent amount of customization, but a lot of the templates remind me of department sale ads, not really geared toward personal or sentimental videos. Also, I LOVE when apps allow you to add your own fonts to the app so you can really get just what you are looking for, I wish they would add that feature. Overall? Pretty darn good.

The app is cool just that the videos are short. Also why is there no option to save a project you're working on? Most of the apps will give you this feature but this app has none. It keeps crashing when my data is on and everytime it crashes I have to start all over again. Just one animation I'm trying to create it's taking forever. At least if you could add the projects feature even if crashes I think I can continue from my last session and not start all over.

This is very good but one problem. Everytime im in the middle of making something, it kicks me out of the game or it does a reset and all my progress is gone. Please fix this!!!!! Ive spent days trying to remake my intro and the same thing is happening. Can you fix this? Apart from that, this is a very good app and I reccomend it loads. Thank you HypeText!

This app is epic! This made making videos way more fun for me. No longer do you have to depend on computer created graphics to add fluid typography to your content. You can now have an excellent collection of professional looking titles and lower thirds that you can edit as you see fit. And it's easy! And now you can favorite the ones you like and reference previous project designs to save loads of time. The only thing this app really needs is a dark mode and tablet orientation.

You can't edit the font size and when you press the gif button to save as a gif, it saves as a video! Edit: it does save as a gif but when shows the text again it's not smooth. There's like a second of black. Not impressed. I love the variety of fonts and the gradient backgrounds but the functionality of this app isn't great.

Very limited things to do and not many tools to freely customize your text however creative way you want, paid version or not. Aside from a little text color choice without user own input and the lack of ability to size the text or change the overall width and height of the workspace. Good app nonetheless...very limited choices than just some fancy text animations

I like the app, so much so I purchased the app in full. I would like to see an ability to save favorite templates, create at least 60 sec videos, and a clearer timeline work area and an ability to create our own templates. But other than that it does an excellent job! Very clean look.

The app is efficient for YouTube and Business advertising, though a lot of the texts seem to be rather underwhelming. I paid £8.99 for access to all texts, and they were yet to be desired. I think adding in some more options, and an easier tutorial to follow would make the app a lot easier to use. I also face lagging, whenever I try to save something it closes the app for me, it's quite annoying. Please fix these bugs.

I did what I wanted: make a 30 s typewriter video on My photo. It was successful. The user interface could be better in my opinion, the selection mechanism is clumsy and one easily loses ones selection or does not even know what to select.

Great little app, better options than most. Easy importing my own graphics. I wish I could save my color pallettes, or projects to finish or tweak later. I can't find the gif that it says it creates, but the mp4 get made just fine. Easy and intuitive to use. !!Let me save projects and color pallettes!! $10 for life license is great compared to paying someone $2-5 each graphic.

It's useless while you charge people at 1st step, as a quick editor and graphic artist I'd prefer to use Adobe Spark and Photoshop Express on my phone while they don't charge you at all, with the perfect tools. Even I can't move your watermark. In your response, Adobe lets us to taste the feature for free, even they do the design. Approximately 80% of features in Adobe apps on mobile platform is totally free.Even, you can remove their watermark with just one click! Thanks for your great app.

It's a bit clunky to get used to but its really powerful. I grabbed a lifetime license for a bargain price, it's definitely worth a look. I'm sure more updates will add controls as time goes on. It does all the stuff I'd like to do in canva but can't so it's perfect for me.

Intuitive controls, only improvement I'd like is including effects for video editing (without text), and/or a more robust audio editor. The UI for the tools I use for those respective aspects pales in comparison, so I hope the devs will expand the scope for this app! Great job! 5 stars fpr not crashing, too!

Its cool and easy to use but your templates, text and some other features can't be used ofline. I'm not happy about that. Your templates are so limited. I can't even merge two or more templates together. I have to download a template each time i want to use it. I can't use the music in the app unless i download it. In summary, the app is expensive to run. You even deserve half a star. Three is too much for it. I'm sincerely not happy about these.

Worst experience.. Although The text animations are good..But this app is not User friendly. Cannot even trim the text. And when i try to slide from starting. text goes aside rather then the video. Change the interface. Frustrated with this app.🤬

Looks promising but missed alot of important features like "undo" button (I had to go tru all the trouble of doing it all again bcoz of this), font sizes, allignment, text background, etc. Tho it had a fair amount of options for font designs text output, can still be improved but for now, gotta uninstall as I find it less useful and tiresome to work with.

The app is awesome but need some work! There are 5 function but I don't know why the image can only have one function? like I set the animation but I wanted to change the font style but I can't! I have to save it with the animation effect and can't change the font style on that photo! plz fix that so that we can use all the functions in one pic.

The concept is great and replaces an old app I had that is no longer available but after paying to unlock the watermark, I noticed the feature to use your own pictures does not work. All that shows is white and not the picture I chose. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS APP IF YOU'RE TRYING TO USE YOUR OWN IMAGES.

I like this app so far. I like the fonts and the animations. It's definitely interesting. It would be better if they allowed you access to all their content and made money through just ads instead. I hate apps that prevent you from using content without buying a subscription plan just to use it.

I've decided to give this app a try a purchased the yearly subscription. However there are 2 main issues that bug me: length of the video (I need it at least of 30 sec long), and the way you resize a text (using both fingers to make the text bigger most of the times it's complicated)

One full word is broken apart. Like if I type the word requested the end letters are cut off and put on a other line. It needs the option to let us add all the words need and control when they are separated or something. I've paid for this app and I'm very disappointed. It wont even let me put my YT channel name is is 3 short words. Then the app ra only closes in the middle of use.

It does allow for animated text elements to be added to a image. However there are a number of issues/bugs that makes using this app impractical. e.g. text you enter is inconviently softwrapped in the middle of words. Additionally, some animated templates are unable to display more then a few characters

It would be very helpful if I could save the projects and have drafts to edit/finish. The 10 animation limit is a bit dissappointing. Other than that, its a pretty cool app, and solid for marketing promotions or short clips
