HyperPay Mobile wallet

I am not sure why people are calling this wallet a scam because I had 19k stuck in a review process and contacted support. Five minutes later my transaction went through a nd received several emails from support. I wish Hyperpay would use the QR scan so people will not make mistakes sending to the wrong wallet. If you make a mistake please do not blame the company. I am also a Hyperverse member and I have always recieved my daily rewards and NEVER a problem withdrawing my funds.

Great app. Fun to use too with all the mini competitions and quizzes...they need to work on ID verification though...it's awefull...tried about 5 times and keeps failing. they may have fixed the it in this latest updates... Thanks. Update: Dec9th2021: I have now since managed to verify my ID. Maybe the latest updates have fixed the bugs. To Hank you team. Update: since my last review it looks that they've worked on the ID verification issue. Now verified, all good. Keep up the good work.

Safe to say the articles and customer support were great. There was a software issue and when converting mof to usd it froze and traded mof instead of usd. I was able to get all mof traded to usd and then able to transfer to binance . Thank you for saving me

Awful customer service, took 3 weeks to get my money back that was taken by mistake. Transactions do not show on the 'history ' so no idea what you have spent and no reply from customer service. I would avoid.

It does not allow me to send $40 to someone else or to my bank account, it allows bigger amounts which is very bad. It can be good if the can allow us to send even small amounts like $5.

Waiting 30 days so far to be able to use crypto stored on the hyper pay card.. kinda scary..

The app itself is decent (the UI could have a few bugs removed), but the support is absolutely terrible. HyperPay decided to change everyone's ETH addresses without giving us due notice, and as a result I lost $100 on a transaction that went to an old address. The platform ate my money, and i have no way of getting it back. No response from support. No one to make things good. I am not going to trust these people to not loose my money in the future.

This app is user friendly. I started my crypto journey with Hyperpay in my experience its an all in one app for me.

I have been trying for 2 days to get the support tem to fix a problem when creating the account. They just keep asking for a screen shot. Sent screen shot and explained: when creating the 6 digit trading password the app keeps saying " network" failure. My network is working just fine. No phone support, no help to even get app working properly, complete failure.

I have paid for Hyper Pay card almost 8 months ago, still I did not received my card . When I contact with help center and they just inform me we received too much orders so we very busy! Later we will send your card! What shame

There is so much diversity in this app. Is there any training offerred? Basicaaly the feed back ppl are useless so far...

I was to give 5 stars but i will update if they solve the problem of absence of rhe app on play store. You can search for the app fpr 2 weeks when its nowhere to be found on play store. Developers make sure the app is always available on play store for instilling. Thank You

Turns out you can withdraw your money from the app, but the fees are exorbitant. You need to convert your money to USDT, create a Coinbase account, find some exchange from USDT TRC to USDT ERC. Then send USDT TRC with $1 fee to the exchange wallet, it will send USDT ERC to your Coinbase account that will allow you to withdraw your money. But you should expect to lose $20-$30 on the fees because the fees in this app are high.

I am trying to register for this visa card and I am having issues at the photo ID stage. It keeps sending me back to beginning of page. I have read the protocols still no joy. Any advice welcome 😊

Registering for Hyperpay is problematic. I am able to enter my email successfully during signup. But when I am prompted to set up a "Trade Password", upon attempting to input trade password a second time as prompted for confirmation, the app then says "network error" and you are then stuck at the trade password page and cannot go forward or go back. In order to even try again, the app has to be deleted and reinstalled, only to be stuck at the Trade Password page again. A fix is urgently needed.

For the time being, it's 1star. Apparently I'm the only one who ran into an amateurs' huge-annoying-frustrating security/password bug. App keeps asking for "trade pass" to set some extra sec measures (eg. Google auth.) and here's the first hurdle: 20 characters allowed during setting, limit set on 15 in the pop up field when prompted to authenticate. Reset password (the 20 chars one, brought down to 10), and you get a lovely "incorrect password". Really? Should I trust this with my investments?

There is nothing wrong with this app. I have a team who uses this app all the time and it is great. I just set up a friend of mine to use the app. She moved UDST from another exchange and in 15 minutes the USDT came over without any problem. Receive = Deposit and Transfer= Withdraw. I have seen people confuse the two and send crypto in to thin air. It has everything you need to purchase and send crypto. Robot, innovative app. Take the time to learn the app/wallet...I love it.

Excellent! Excellent! Excellent! beyond all standards!!!! But please add theme change (the blue colour is a pain to the eyes) and finally MAKE IT POSSIBLE TO EXCHANGE OR SWAP COINS and this wallet will be a revolution!!!!! One more thing, add a user manual. They are so many things I don't understand in there

STAY AWAY from this fraud of an app. Lost money on here due to not being able to take my crypto out. They lock it down completely and make you go through impossible hoops to get it out. Also there's virtually no customer support and the faq is in completely Chinese. Don't waste your time with this nightmare..
