Hyundai Delivery Checklist

Hyundai Motor America has created the Hyundai Delivery Checklist tablet application to help provide the best vehicle delivery experience for Hyundai customers. Our goal is to provide customers with a seamless and informative vehicle delivery experience while maintaining the highest level of customer service. Hyundai customers can learn about their new vehicle interactively with on-screen help guides and videos. This app enables a consistent and high-quality delivery experience based on the dynamic information provided via automatic VIN scans.

App Features:

• Capture vehicle VIN via scanner
• Easily walk through the vehicle delivery checklist
• Watch and share Genesis feature description videos
• Share delivery recap report to customers
• View deliveries in-progress, completed and delivery history
• Access delivery metrics including time, checklist items and more

There are a few bugs at this point: some deliveries are not completing and have to be redone, and checklist items are not trim-specific.
