Unable to open the app. Getting server error. FYI I've updated my app and it's on the latest version. Also tried clearing the cache and data and also uninstalled n reinstalled the app. It's still not working. What's going on!!!!!!!!!
Not sure but the previous version was working better than the new one updated yesterday. Could u fix the issue as the transation if clicked takes a lot of time than usual just to show all transation in que to be approved.
We have to regularise our attendance everyday because the system thinks that we are not present. even on the week offs it deducts your PL and RH and then the salary. It's really hard to regularise attendance apply for Overtime and night allowance and give production as well and at the end it cuts our salary and puts us into financial crisis for no good reason. And on top of that it expires your ID if it detects absence for 3 consecutive days so we have to raise a ticket and the approval for replacement activating the ID takes 3 working days. It's better to keep a register where we sign everyday because technology is to make things easier and this thing is making it a lot harder and the main thing is that's it's taking time out of the production hours
The problem faced while downloading was immediately fixed by support team. It's very convenient as one can access it on mobile and can do lot of work on the go.
Good app. Easy way to access. It doesn't get lag or work slow. i really appreciate it. More features should get added. I would also request to add Mail access. Rest is good.
app not working getting " we don't recognizethis user ID or Password "updated ths app and tried on different phones but still the same issue and also tried to change the password
It takes a lot of time to login. While punching in and punching out also it takes time. App doesn't works much smooth hence need to work on it.
Hi Team, There is glitch in view my team option.. cannot see all team members names since last 2 days. Only 1 member is visible. Can you help or should I connect to app support?
Poor UI, unresponsive, lacking features. Its a buggy app would use ps web interface instead on mobile then using this app.. Dev please improve responsiveness and in the approval section please add option to approve multiple entries at once.
Hi team, The leave application- absence request is worst please fix this..if we have leave for 1st July, then the mobile app is asking date start range which we normally mention 1st July but it asks end date,indeed if we update the end date as next date is takes and it reflects the end date as the absence request date.which is not the case so it creates a lot of trouble. Please consider this as a critical issue and kindly fix this..
After i updated it(because it's a must; it won't allow you to log in if you don't update the app), it doesn't give you other options. Once you log in, it only gives you the option to log out.
Hi Team..I am unable to login to Hyve from my Phone...i tried on office system and it is working. I uninstalled the app and installed again but getting an error mesage that my user id and password is not recognised. Please resolve this issue.
There is error in text box while typing text i it will not type correctly, sometimes reverse of text display. Not correct typing in text box e. g a text box for comments in NSA
Worst App Available in play store. Whenever try to log in getteing error message of wont recognise the id or password. Dear devoloper please try to fix this issue or remove the app from playstore.
Had logged in yesterday night and today I am unable to log in. When I update the credentials it gives an error stating We don't recognise this user ID and password.
after the last update, i can no longer see other options, it justs log me in, then the only option showing on mu screen and the drop down is to log out.

Hi. I have downloaded the app but its different from the details of your app. I cant submit attendance or roster attendance or even view payslips. There no payslip tab.
This is the worst app which you can use for all your HR related issue. I have raised three tickets in last two days and request is getting closed even without I'm getting a response. Utterly disappointed
Useless app it keeps on showing incorrect details. How much ever u try putting correct login I'd it will never work. Always a useless app. God knows y they made it.

Unable to login the app even after updating the application in phone from Google pay. And it will effect my Salary too as all we are now in WFH and absentee should be updated. Please give us a proper details how to update those.

First got notification update but unable update that time. After I uninstall the application unfortunately now I am unable download this app trying since morning.

The app is pretty decent when it comes to managing leaves and attendence regularization. However, given the current circumstances, if the app had an inbuilt option to reset passwords it would be very convenient for all employees to personally keep track of their accounts and ease a little pressure from the team leads who have to deal with unlocking or resetting the account.
