HZPP tickets

Horrible application, train schedule is sometimes messed up. Absolutely worthless if your trip requires to change trains because it's unable to calculate time necessary to change trains. Also, it doesn't have any sort of offline mode so you can show your ticket if your internet connection breaks(common occurrence in Croatian hinterland). All in all, it looks and runs like something programmed by a high school student.

1 star because somehow sometimes I was able to buy a ticket. Otherwise 0 stars. A horrendous process to buy a ticket. Perhaps it was better to keep the app off the google store if you didnt plan on updating or changing it based on reviews. If it didn't have the useless login screen and all the personal info requirement, and if paying via google was utilized instead (even if the tickets costed slightly more because of the store fees) it would've been so much better and easier to implement too.

I like the app as it's clear and simple but will probably not use it to buy tickets. It seems only possible to buy one ticket at a time so i need to make three separate purchases for three people to travel together which is slow and frustrating. Please can you add a feature to make multiple purchases like every other travel app

You have to enter your login credentials every time you use the app, it doesn't even remember your username, you have to type that in every time. This is insane, imagine if gmail did this. It does not remember your credit card number. You have to select train departure time, but the app does not offer you times of past trains, so you cannot buy a ticket for a train that is late at that point, which is a common situation. I really hope that product owner who designed this app specs got fired.

Manual login every time you access the app. If certain time has passed the app logs you out and when you try to open it again, you get error "check internet connection". You then have to manually close the app in phone settings. And them you can restart the app and manually login again. Also, you have to manually enter card info every time. Very bad. Someone was way overpayed for this app.

It is a really inefficient application, when I try to register with my yahoo email , it denies me the registration because there a letter "q" included un the email address. It is not well designed. Moreover, if you try to change the email address in the menu , there is not such option for that. Thumbs down!

I cannot view my tickets once I purchase them. When the my tickets button is pressed the app stops working. There is also no option to remember the user and that makes it very slow to use the app.

Should be an useful app but it is so slow that it doesn't make sence to even use it. Once I log in, it takes more than a minute, maybe even 2 minutes, to open my tickets which isn't helpful when you have to show your ticket in the train.

For local city lines, time table is not accurate and you can buy ticket for train that does not operate. Wow! Simply, trains that not operate during weekend and holiday are still listed in timetable. Wow again! Having centralized accurate timetable in 2021. is simply too hard and to advanced thing.

The app requires you to create an account with a Croatian address and identification number, which as foreign traveller I don't have... Useless, can't check train times buy tickets or anything!

Application works correctly, but before buying doesn't give feedback about train delays. In case train delay, ticket is bought but not used due to huge delay (for half hour or more), no refund or next day ticket use possible.

Login sessions are too short, app is extremely slow. Noone can see their bought tickets. So many bugs. Needs a fix.

Sometimes works. Bigger problem are a lot of old trains which sometimes come on station, and sometimes not.

Terrible app, I couldn't buy the ticket because the screen showed only the corner of the box in which I would put in the token number.

You can only register if you have a Croatian national identification card. As a foreigner you can't even attempt to buy a ticket. Hopefully the train service isn't as horrible as this app.

Very impractical, you have to enter your information before every purchase. Purchases don't work sometimes.

Works, but need to enter card data every time???? Have you heard of vaulting? Please change the payment gateway if they can not you support in this.

It doesn't allow me to register. It constantly says that my email is wrong, which it clearly isn't. Fix this app

NOT FOR Foreigners it appears. Registering it says OIB not recognised if you do not have Croatian ID number. I am contacting them to look for a work around.

extremely slow app, endles loading often..I install and deinstall frequently...there is no other app unfortunately

unusable, unable to pay with the app, seems nobody is maintaining it

Awful. Like company, like app. I would demand a refund from whoever developed this product.

I cannot create an account, because I don't have a Croatian personal national identification number (OIB). How am I supposed to buy tickets?

Cant register.. keep on saying OIB incorrect

Fail to register, giving some error.without registering you can't use it. There is no help available to resolve error. It is just waste of time.
