My VERY first experience with Equifax was an extremely terrible one. the credit rating is considerably low they've got me down to 340 something and I'm up and I'm at least 547. They charge me three times and won't speak to me on the phone to deal with with it but they give me a bad credit rating my credit rating on them says definitely under 300 and under 300 means you locked in prison. Probably identity fees too, gave my information to them to get ripped off.
I find that it doesn't smoothly operate after using the i9express website. But when it does work, it's quick and convenient.
This app has only been tested with iphones it seems. Android phones get upload errors and it does not work.
I tried to upload my document at least 20 times and it failed every time. I have an Android operating system.
I'm only giving the app a one because it does not work if I could give it to zero I would. It asked for feedback then okay
Won't upload any documents so it's completely useless
Equifax exposed the personal data of 145.5 million Americans and they still make hundreds of millions of dollars each year from your data. Don't support this corruption.

Equifax will lose your data and then give you more of their services (which are totally trustworthy) as a consolation. How about you give me your CEOs private data and I'll promise not to lose it?

Such a bad app... Absolute garbage! It failed to upload any of my documents and i tried like 10+ times.... Hello!?? You have one job! For anyone experiencing the same issue as me, just take the pictures with your phone, transfer them to your computer and upload them directly on the i9express website. So much faster than this horribly written app!
