Absolute joke, could not connect to my speaker through this app. Every time I tried, it would say that it had connected then come up with another message shortly after just saying 'fail'. No troubleshooting possible, no way to work out what the problem was. And since there is no other way to connect to a century ibox speaker, I'll be returning that! Useless.

1. Speaker actually cuts out my music and announces "Product is not registered, go to app to register" but there is no way on app 2. Feedback option on app doesn't work 3. I don't think the music presets work with my model of speaker which is disappointing. I use a Century speaker.

Useless. What's the point of an app that functions on android only to a point. So all the devices you want to use never are able to connect. Why even advertise it as a possible android compatible app or device. Absolute waste of time.

Doesn't actually work on Android. Requires an Apple device to set up, and then it doesn't allow you to register Alexa. Will be returning the radio as it isn't fit for purpose.

Constantly have to reset the wireless and readd the device to my phone. Complete waste of time and convenience. Returned the radio for a refund.

iBox Century smart speaker works perfectly with iBox app and Alexa at a fraction of the cost of an Echo device. No issues.

Using this on Android 9, the app was easy to set up, I'm listening to my Spotify through the iBox Ellipsis as I write this.

Yellow light on radio so no wifi. No tech help and no emails that work they all fail when sent..

Can't connect at all will be sending radio back. Completely pointless

Doesn't work on android. Wasted my money, my time and shattered my kids hope to have an echo device of their own. You made my kids cry, hope you sleep well at night.
