Not detect when use QR for parking. Have to wait for a minute and refresh the QR many times. Is there any good way for allow parking. Maybe by plate num recognition.

Update. This really deserves zero stars. Who's the genius that thought ads popping up during QR parking is a good idea I'm just using this for season parking. Your basement network is already such poor coverage. We don't need more ads to slowdown the damn app each time we want to exit

Stupid apps always prompt/pop up to update everytime residents open. But there is nothing to update in fact. I CITY thousands of residents have to use QR code inside the apps to enter & exit car park. However, this created 2 major issues: 1. Phone no battery cannot enter carpark. Which mean cannot go home. Forcing residents to park at visitor carpark which charging hourly rate. 2. When exit, most Telco has no signal inside the carpark. So everyone has to queue to wait connection for QR code.

I've used this super apps application, but it still doesn't detect 3 times. I have refreshed many times as well. I'm very out of time, going to work. So how it's to solve if this happened again.

Lately there are pop up that covering the QR code while trying to scan. Also the parking scanner is so difficult to scan and my phone dropped few times because I have to put it outside my car to scan...

a very convenient app to use... visiting the theme park only during weekends or public holiday, because on weekdays only several games are open.

Its just bad. IT'S A TRAP! Bad interface. Bad design. Bad function. Bad purpose. I wonder what their initiative are. Just dont download it as it is more expensive than ticket. Which normal ticket cost rm2 and it cost rm2.1 per hour. Somemore it didnt block access to the parking when insufficient amount. Which mean you need to top up to get out of the car park. and the minimum top up is rm20. Well. IT'S A TRAP!!

I cannot even login for the first time using the password given in the mail. This error caution is appear everytime I want to log in: "TypeError: undefined is not an object (evaluating 't.access_token') Opps" I already registered to the i-city account using PC browser. Please fix this issue. I already purchased ticket and the only way to redeem it is using this super app, which I cannot login yet. And when I click the reset password button, nothing happened. No new email arrive in my mailbox.

The worst ever apps was ever launched. Today 17 August 2020 so many cars were not able to go out in the parking gate with this apps. I was waiting almost 2 hours, starting nearly 8 am and just went after 9:30. One star. Since then it has been much improved after regularly updated version launched. Today, 12 November 2021, would upgrade the stars to 4.

Worst app, if there is a negative score ill sure give it!!!! There must be a problem with this app everytime when i wanna renew my season pass, or when wanna exit the parking. Can u guys jus let us use the normal card to scan out of icity? Or maybe u should go hire sunway's IT to do the app for u? They are making it more user friendly and stable!!!!

apps is not intuitive and frequently freeze. Irresponsive at time which is quite frustrating. Developer team needs to speed up efforts to fix and ensure it lives up to the expectations and as per i-City MSc reputation

4G connection is poor in this area leading to slow load times to get the QR code loaded to exit parking.

For a parking i hope managment must put video how to used went used this app to open the gate..many new user dont know how the right way..

What happen to your apps these few days? Right now I have the latest updated version but still cannot use through my phone. The old ones still cannot use and the latest ones also cannot use. But it's funny when I use someone's phone the apps can be use?? My phone model is sonyxperiaz. So right now the problem is your apps or my old android phone? Im giving 5 star for the customer service. After I buy the 5 unlimited ticket through the app, and the app says i did not perform any booking. I reach to their email and the customer service response really well and help me get my ticket back. The app itself is just 2 star i would say need lots of improvement. The details need to be more specific.

This is the stupidest app ever. Only give problems since day one. Make getting in and out of the parking so difficult. I-City only wants to use the app to mine user data. Who else will need an app to enter the parking. Spend so much money for a nuinsance system. Recommend to change the name to i-City StupidApp. Most people give 1 star for this app which is appropriate. One of the person who give 5 star is of course the one and only Mr Lawrence, parking manager of i-City to promote his app.

The most annoying apps!!! Keep on updating maintainance and yet give a lot of trouble with the scanner. Each time logout, tje password went wrong! Are you insane?

This app did crushed. I did tried many times for sign in but unfortunately it kicking out. And i delete it and re-install it also same happened. Hopefully tomorrow morning I won't stuck in parking zone.

Worst apps. The apps keep cannot open, the page keep auto jump up. Make everyone in trouble, every morning also need quueue more than 10 minute.

I have done the payment, it pop out said payment succesful, but no update in the system. And bank have deducted my money. Can i-city help me on this, because no update in the apps. I made 2 times payment. Can i have my money back?

If you are forcing owners to use QR to exist n enter the parking, make it so I don't need to have internet to view the QR code.... there is no signal when in car park you know??! Give us the option to display the code front n center when I launch the app la like before....

Basement don't have line i know but the apps totally can't open. Sometimes want to scan mechine with QR code but unsucessful it make me stuck at there and started jam. Hope will do better next time .

Use app for parking, scan for exit,system detects the but didnt lift the pole. End up Waste time for 25 min arguing didnt use correct exit. Go check f***ing cctv

I have to use two different accounts for isoho season park and icity park season park using the same apps. Endless log in and log out.

stupid app hard to reload need to go the kiosk to reload why??? and still queue...and why the hell u have to select the theme park option to check ur balance.

Hey I Berhad why don't you just return to the parking access card 💳 system i c u trying so hard really it will save us both time and effort and of course we will purchase those cards you will benefit and it will be a win win

Where is the option to cash out my balance? Been emailing but got no reply. There isn't an option to withdraw as well in the app
