I Go - Code Editor / IDE / Online Compiler

A big fan of this app, you are doing a great job. I encountered a problem just a week ago, the app keeps on deleting whatever that is in front of the cursor in the line whenever i start typing. This makes it difficult for me to edit/add some contents. What could be the problem, is it the version of the app or my system But i doubt if that could be the version of the app, because the app was cool until a week ago and i did not update to any version ever since i downloaded it.

My honest opinion on this app (ignoring all the people saying buying the prime edition doesn't work), is that it is absolutely perfect for hosting, editing files, everything. I've never had a better experience using any app like it, and I recommend it for anyone that wants to have an IDE and an Apache server right at their fingertips on their mobile device. Amazing app, easy 5 stars.

It's a great development tool, with a lot of geat features. The best for DroidScript. But, I purchased the "Prime" upgrade and twice a day I get an error that a Prime validation failed and I loose access to all the extra features that I paid for and can't get into my Web IDE projects. I have to uninstall then reinstall the app and the Web IDE, losing all MySQL databases. I contacted the developer several times and no response. I hope they read this and look into the issue.

I've been developing websites on a desktop computer or laptop for some time now. Never gave any thought to doing it via smart phone. Primarily because I did'nt realize that IDE's were being actively developed for this, as well as thinking that it could'nt possibly offer all the necessities like a database etc. Truth is, I still like my large screens and traditional keyboards however I am certainly impressed with this app! Keep up the great work! WELL worth purchasing!

The best IDE I have used, fast, lite on resourses, very stable. If I could give it 10/5 I would. Just installed the latest version, just when I thought it could not get any faster, it just did. Something you should know BEFORE purchasing Prime, it will work on Prime a few times, thereafter there is no Prime any more. Trying to contact the developer gets no response.

Out of all the Mobile IDEs I have used this one has been by far the best user experience. Love the new upgrades and smoothness of the IDE UI as a whole, especially the lite firebug debugger. Excellent choice. The only issue I have is that it keeps loosing prime and then cant verify again unless I reinstall.

I wont give less a star for a complaint as this is a great app. But i want this to be fixed. Both nodejs and web modules do not install, when the install button is clicked, it swtches to the icode go app, and closes immediately, and the installation is aborted thereof, ive tried removing my memory card. but it doesnt recognise my internal storage , it shows unknown storage ....(falseIcode-Go/). this issue wasn't in the earlier version i was using. now everything is fraustrating. This app is great. Fully featured IDE with more power than I'll probably ever use. Has my beloved Solarized color scheme! Full (S)FTP support, coding symbols, the list goes on. But the real outstanding feature is the developer himself. When I first bought this I was having a weird error where files would just show up blank when downloaded over SFTP. The dev was super responsive and worked with me until he figured out a way to get it working. This is world class support: How many tech companies or devs will add a whole new setting to fix ONE person's problem? For this alone, I hope his app succeeds magnificently - he deserves it! By the way, if anyone has the same problem, the fix is Settings -> Remote Files -> Enable Alternative SFTP Transfers. Or, it will be once this version is pushed to the Play store.

This is an amazing app!! Only I tend to do most of my work utilizing Samsung Dex whcih requires apps to support multi window features and this does not support it even with DexLabs. As soon as Samsung Dex is supported, 5 stars!! Keep up the great work! Love the companion apps as well, makes getting the environment setup so simple! EDIT: bumped up a star as dev replied to review with in a few hours of posting.

I can get my work done; so that is good. Certain parts are a little clunky, like highlighting text. But overall a good app that enables me to make changes to code and send over FTP to my GoDaddy server. I use it primarily for PHP (LAMP server). I had no problem with purchasing the Prime plan like some reviews have said.

To intrusive, I don't recall going through my app list and needing to approve of my choice of software in the list of permissions. The app isn't that angelic. It is impossible to just edit and save simple text, you need to jump through hoops. I spent fifteen minutes just to get it to let me type one line of code the way I wanted it, even then it wouldn't let me safe it the way I wanted.

I was not able to see my saved projects. I was taken to the index page each time I tried to access the server on the web. Deleting the index file though solved this and made it able to see all of my projects on the web but it should not be so. please fix this for others like me. I run android 9 with January security patch...

Samsung DeX as a computer with this IDE. But, there are too many issues when I want to copy and paste on Dex or phone, drag with finger very difficult, resize makes the app close often. Developer gets mad and sends private emails saying hes mad about bad review Developer very rude and sarcastic when asking questions pertaining to the application. Database doesnt work correctly, after writing the same php code that I have been using for the past 3 years anywhere else. Let them see email string.

As soon as I walked through the basic code editor, I knew I had to try your premium, you have done a great deal of good work and for peanuts! I wouldn't mind to pay for a yearly subscription if you extend your templates, tutorials and some libraries. Anyway compare your competitors you truly are the best.

This app is the best. The editor has it all, Is better than the pc version sublime, and the web server is the most stable web server I ever tried. I have been looking all over for something like this for years. Thank you developers!. And also, please add a feature that would identify ending tags from the selected tags in html

Really impressive, beautiful code editor app. More thought than most. Only drawback is damn thing launches by default when I am trying to launch other apps, thus blocking use of those apps, and theres nothing in this app's settings or oreo's app settings to disable it.

95% there. As well as for default keyboard (swipe). And default copy / paste mechanisms. 'Open file:' dialog is broken if there's a comma ',' or other special character in a filename such as end of line I think. But I can't stop it crashing now

I purchased this app back in June I think it was. Loved it, however, one day after reinstalling it, I lost prime version and now im being ignored after posting here for help as well as after sending multiple emails to the devs. My phone is configured for 3 google accounts. Im sure this could be easily resolved if only this company responded to my inquiries.

Works completely fine and does what I want it to do. The UI is beautifully designed and the integration of a server that can easily be started on my device is very useful. Just being able to start servers means that I am able to run PHP files on my device, it's useful as I am now able for instance to be able to run my test projects on there and take development outside from my own computer. This app overall I give a 5 for how it can be utilised so efficiently and honestly helps a lot when it comes to being able to develop outside my own space.

According to other android drived IDEs icode is very good especially because of its intelli and project-like wrking dir support. But the only thing I couldnt find in it was the git support however there was a fetch tool but its not git seemingly. even a simple git showing diffs like the shell interface not graphically could be valuable and saves us from writing pull commands however when you run nodejs server from shell it will not be so hard.

EDIT: Refund requested Because I cannot re-verify license after a check fails and locks me out of the paid for features. Only way to fix is to uninstall and reinstall, but it always happens again, and it takes too much time. Fix it and I will buy prime once more. Good, but why can't I use this offline? I purchased Prime and I don't understand why it always denies me access to prime functions. Also as I'm typing I am online, yet prime isn't working...

Love all the features. There are some issues with the top menus displaying correctly on my Pixel 2, but it clears up if I rotate the screen or switch to another app and back.

Every time I try to play the help videos the progress indicator just sits there sounding and I have to close the app. Please fix this. It's great so far otherwise.

I wrote at your email address but lucky enough to have no reply. My premium subscription reverts back to its free plan. The screen reads, "Prime validation failed, contact support". I clicked "Revalidate" button but fails, Please fix this, Subscriber that pays should not be treated this way.

Fantastic app, having a portable IDE, NODEJS server, and terminal, I can run on my old samsung phone means writing, running, and debugging code anywhere. Think subway tunnels or abandon wells one might fall in.

Hey guys.. whats going on? I purchased prime some time back and after a reinstallation Instead of getting purchased version like previous times, Im stuck with trial version. Cant create projects anymore etc! Ive attempted several times to contact the devs via email and no response

This morning I got an error message stating that my Prime status could not be validated, and to contact support. Sure enough, all Prime functionality is disabled. Contacting support was unsuccessful, with a "mailbox full" error.
